Al Packer **************************** delivered my Black ***************** Navigator at midnight with one tire the wrong size, no service records / car history, dog odor with hair, and no manual. All four items would have failed the ******* CPO 200 point checklist. I have repeatedly asked for my copy of the 200 point inspection with NO response. According to ******* policy and procedures, the customer is to receive a copy of their CPO. You can draw your own conclusions.

Where do I even start? My truck was in an accident and went to get fixed at Al Packer West. They did such a horrible job that we brought it to East in Military trail who attempted to fix it four different times but did such a poor job as well that they ended up just buying me a whole new bumper. Throughout the inconvenience the manager ***** stated we would receive our deductible money back and shocker, when we finally picked up our truck, they refused to give us our money back. The body shop is the rudest and most unprofessional I have dealt with. Do not ever bring your vehicle to be fixed here or at the other AL Packer.

(flat as part of table ~like a glass top table) agreement [which can **** IS LYING yesterday my used car salesman ***** told me he would call me BUT NO CALLS, no missed calls even after 3 WARRANTIES AL PACKER DID NOT HELP ME i am being ignored by **** and Al Packer Ford even before i came in Al packer ford PBC ignored me Kicked me out car not fixed E. P. A. car wasting gas ?? no one cares

I went to two Ford dealerships to resolve a startup issue with my 2018… North Palm dealer want to charge $1400 plus tax to replace a $500 part that takes 10minutes. The Ford dealership on military in West Palm wanted $1700plus tax to resolve same issue for $450 fuel pump and 6.5hrs fir $1300 labor. Neither party would warranty the work if it didn’t fix the issue.. It took me 10mins to fix first issue and 40mins to change our pump on a Sunday in their park lot. The excessive charges are fraud with over charging the hours to perform the labor! This is a complete ****** and I strongly suggest not taking your vehicle to these locations unless your car is fully warrantied.

Horrible customer service from start to finish they sold me a vehicle with dents and scratches all over it then they sold me a another vehicle with rotor issues I gave them back the vehicle to fix and they have been dragging me out for two weeks they just don't care

Fraudulent business practices. I went to buy a car, brought my loan approval, but the Saturday afternoon manager lied to me saying the bank wasn't agreed to approve for 72 months which was a lie according to the bank that I called later. I got lower interest rates with two other banks, he lied saying they didn't approve me. He got me with the same bank ALLY FINANCIAL that I got before with 3 points interest rate more. He also failed to disclose that the car was damaged in an accident despite requesting the car fax several times until I forget about it after several hours of waiting.
