I'm a retired Commercial General Contractor and we moved to ******, ******* from ******** in August of 2021. In January of 2022 I called Honest Air, Inc. to install a new thermostat and do a service check on our existing ** unit. The ** system had been installed in 2009. The system was still working fine but you could tell the coils were going to fail in the near future. I called Honest Air, Inc. on July 5th of 2022 and *********************** came right out. We reviewed several equipment options and we both decided that the Rheem 4 ton with a SEER 16 best fit our needs. Gene ***** a crew to have the new system installed on Thursday July 7th.A two man team showed up at 8:30 AM on Thursday morning and had the new system completed by 2:00 that afternoon. They were very polite and professional. I would recommend them for any future project.

we had two new a/c units installed by another company and couldn't get that company to correct the problems, we tried a few other companies and they fail also. we call honest air and spoke to the receptionist who was very polite and willing to do whatever to help us with our problems, she turn us over to steve and I explained all the troubles that were going on and he said he had just the person to handle the job. his name was nick and by god, he did what no other company was able to correct. Our air now works the way it is supposed to with no problems at all. We can`t thank all of the people involved at honest air conditioning for removing all the stress we had from other companies for close to two years.Honest Air, Inc. Response

The first interaction with Honest Air is from Kayla. She says How can I make you smile? What a wonderful way to start the conversation. She is extremely professional without being cold. There is a warmth about her that shines through. She always lets us know when the technician will arrive, and if he is running late. The technician Stephen is excellent. He diagnosed our problem immediately. Besides being thorough, he explained what he was doing in terms that we could understand. He was very polite and respectful when dealing with seniors. Many times the workers from other companies that have come to our home have been very rude and condescending to us older folks. Stephen is training Chris, who is also very good, seems to be very knowledgeable as well. We have been loyal customers for 12 years. We have recommended Honest Air to anyone who needs help with their a/c. They have come to us on the weekends. they never leave you hanging until Monday. Honest Air does a great job! I just had my bi-yearly maintenance done (FREE, because I have a service membership). Even though I was not paying for their visit, Stephen did a thorough check and cleaning of the system and took the time to answer all of my questions. Their service membership is definitely worth the cost. I recently moved into a home and was worried I might have problems with the system. When i did, they responded very quickly - even though it was a Saturday morning. Their tech Jarrell did a fantastic job. Jarrell stayed until he was certain he had our AC working again, and that it would keep working. As a bonus, all of their employees are pleasant and friendly. They are definitely a 5 STAR business.Honest Air, Inc. Response
