Always on time and friendly, have used them for everything ever needed for my A/C. problems. Quality all the way. **** **** always is polite, friendly, and thorough. Horrible service. Installed a new ac central unit which caused a flood ruining the contents of the ac closet. Did nothing to remedy the situation. Left me with water saturated debris which I had to clean up. Spoke to supervisors **** and ****. Their reply, you should not have left anything in the closet.. Also sent me the wrong size air filters.

We do greatly apologize for the inconveniences that have been experienced in regards to the system freezing and the customers belongings being damaged. However, our installers had noticed the customer had some of his stuff stored underneath the air handler, and had recommended that he not keep them there. We always inform our customers that it is not advisable to store their personal belongings underneath their air handler, as this can cause a restriction in air flow through the system,contribute to the evaporator coil getting dirty more quickly, and it risks these items getting wet in the event of a water leak. It is also worth noting that the contract for the new system, which was signed prior to installation, states in all caps that there is no guarantee that water will not leak from the air conditioning system.Review from Judith M

My ac would not turn on. I called AAA Modern Air at about 8pm. I was told someone would be out the next morning. Sure enough someone was at my place at 11am. I got a call to let me know a technician was on the way. The technician figured out the problem within 10 minutes. These guys are amazing! We had our ductwork completely replaced. The *** Team showed up on time and went right to work. They had a big enough crew that they were able to get everything replaced and also replaced the refrigerant line in 2 days in the August heat. The first night they left us with AC and we were able to keep the house cool.I cant say enough about their professionalism, the quality of their work, the knowledge to not just replace the ductwork but to redesign it so that the entire system is working better. From getting a quote (**** went into the attic and inspected everything), signing a contract, scheduling, coming to the house a few days before to make sure that they would have everything they needed, showing up actually a little early, completing the job on time and cleaning up this was a really great experience. I was totally satisfied with your service. Company answered the phone promptly servicemen was at my house within one hour, and repaired my AC problem quickly and at reasonable cost. I've always trusted AAA for ************************************* $500 for $35 worth of parts. I understand it's a business and there is a markup but this is just stealing. Their excuse, it's still cheaper than the others. Really disappointed to be price gauged after being a loyal customer so long. Will get my next system elsewhere. We are sorry that you feel this way nut we did not do any work without the customer knowing the price prior. Our prices are comparable to other similar companies in the area. We have been in business for over 50 years and do not have a bad reputation. You had two parts and a cleaning done on your system and we gave you a discount as a courtesy even though you did not have a maintenance agreement.
