I recently had a new AC unit installed by them and I could not be happier with the service. Not only did they install the unit quickly and efficiently, but their team was very friendly and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions, and I felt like everyone from the customer service team to the technicians genuinely cared about me as a customer.

AWFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Got a new AC installed Feb23. Day of install I was advised that the heater was not going to be installed until months later bc of backorder. Sales rep NEVER mentioned this so a surprise to me. Called sales rep no where to be found, never returned my phone calls. First night AC stopped working bc of a breaker they were supposed to change and they didn't. Followed up with this company many times to get ETA for heater. They gave me an install date for heater for which they never showed. Called them and they said they can't install heater bc they don't have it in stock. Why would you set up an appointment then!! I wasted all day waiting for them not to show up. Finally they told me they had the part 2 months later and scheduled me for a Sat. They called me the night before at ****pm to tell me they couldn't come Sat bc of skeleton crew and would need to move for Monday!!!! What kind of company calls you at ****pm at night. Super unprofessional. Monday came and it was towards the end of my scheduled time frame so I call them to check on ETA and they said tech would have to come later. Why do these people not communicate with the customer. They make all these changes to appointments and don't let anyone know. I've spoken to their supv/mgr and all they would ever tell me is we are very sorry. I spent top dollar on a brand new Trane unit and this is how a new customer is treated. After complaining so many times, they finally installed my heater. 2 weeks later I'm again having to follow-up as to when inspection is going to happen to close permit. When I called them they told me they never pulled a permit!!!! I was told from the beginning a permit was pulled. They said they don't know anything bc the old permit team is no longer there and now there's a new permit team! These people definitely don't know how to run a business. So now I have to wait another 1-2 months to get inspection. Tired of dealing with this company!
