THIS IS NOT AN ACCREDITED BUSINESS WITH THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. I will be filing a formal complaint and contacting others who left bad reviews to do the same. I almost left when they weren't there for the appointment my husband scheduled. I had to call them. The owner ********************* had some kid doing most of the work. ***** did tell me that the seals can get a sunbaked sometimes. He didn't say he was going to destroy my car in the process . At that point he should have said I can't handle the job and I would have went elsewhere. It only took a half an hour and the man was pleasant enough but I didn't really pay attention to the job they were doing. I was on my phone waiting for it to get done. If he had just slowed down and took their time this could have been avoided. They could have removed that entire piece after taking the hood off and it would have been fine. I just trusted he knew what he was doing. I paid cash he didn't offer a receipt I had to ask for one. Thank God. Before I left he said let it sit for 24 hours no washing the car or the windows. So I parked it and went in the house and didn't look at it again until the next day when I went out to take the tape off the windshield.Upset You bet.My husband called him and he started making excuses. My husband who is not well from fighting cancer, said I need an appointment to bring it down and talk to you about it. ********************* the owner of the business made the appointment for 4:15 and NO SHOWED AGAIN. My husband called him and he was down in ******* completely blowing my husband off. We then told him to let us know by 5 pm Monday what he planned on doing. HE TOLD US TO TAKE HIM TO COURT END OF SUBJECT. Didn't want to discuss it and didn't care.blocked our phone number when we said we would have to go to small claims court.
