            On 12/22/23 we ordered blinds for our slider doors when their sales person came to our house and took the measurements of our doors. In January they came to our house to install the blinds. They attempted to install the blinds but couldnt. The told us they didnt have the right brackets. They came back to install them two more times in January but couldnt. Again saying they didnt have the correct brackets. I have called them several times and they give me no answers to when they will install the blinds. I believe the problem is they are trying to install window blinds that are not designed to be used on doors. Budget Blinds gets the blinds from a company in ******. They have a no refund policy. The last time I called them they said no refund but they give me no answer as to when or if I will ever have the blinds installed. I had the installer take the blinds back to Budget Blinds after the last attempt to install them. The fact that they dont contact me after two months of waiting I need them to refund my payment.

            As far as I am concerned, Budget Blinds should get NO stars. We ordered a blind on March 9, 2021. The sales person was very nice, but indicated we would have to pay for our blind up front which we did. It is now May 11th, and we haven't heard a thing from the company. We called the sales person, and she apologized, but said there was nothing she could do. She suggested we call the store and complain, which I did. They indicated it normally takes 4-6 weeks to get a blind. We only ordered ONE blind to go over the window beside our front door. I told the girl at the store that I thought their customer service was non-existent. I asked her to have the manager call me, but I never got a call. If this was my business, I would be calling my clients to explain that we were having a problem with our supplier, but I would NEVER just leaving them hanging knowing they had already paid for their blind 90 days ago. I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING from this company again!!! Boise, ID
