They dont answer the phone. They dont return calls. They dont answer emails, yet they want to be a registered agent for your business.....

They lost my title and were not help at all. When I asked them to find it and send it back they just explained that they didnt have it. It has taken over a year now to try to get a lost title because of this mistake. It cost me almost $1000 in paperwork and shipping paperwork. Not to mention storage fees.

Easy to sign up, easy to get services, easy to cancel when ready to close your LLC. I would most definitely use this company again the next time I need to establish an LLC in Montanna. Before I found this agent, I had problems finding one that was in State and knew what to do. This agent is a more expensive than some of the others, but their prices are worth it for the outstanding professionalism and knowledge and responses to my questions. I totally trust this agent! ***************

These guys are the worst!They have a bunch of idiots doing paper pushing.Return calls are hours later if at all, no one ever picks up the phone. When they do saying they are going to handle the issue don't count on it. You have to keep calling to get anything resolved.They never have the same story as to what the resolution is, different people call back and give the run around every time!The employees either hate the job or they are fat and happy not having to work!I have had problems with these "employees" in the past but I guess any kind of help is hard to find in ********* ** Either that or there is a very low IQ level of people living in this part of **. A monkey could do a better job!I will be moving my business to some other company once I get my plate that now is going on 3 months!

This is a great service - enabling vehicle owners to legally save thousands of dollars in registration fees (esp Calif DMV fees). Word has spread and ***********MT Reg Agent LLC must be booming. We purchased new truck June 14, it took 5 weeks until the agency created the registration invoice! Purchased new trailer June 20 (almost 6 weeks ago) and agency hasn't created registration invoice yet. I've learned patience in 40 yrs of marriage and children, so I can handle the wait, however, my husband is much like an active volcano ready for a sacrifice. Who wouldn't be upset when you've worked years into retirement, finally have a beautiful **************** and the weather to enjoy it - - but you have to wait a very very long time for your license plates to arrive? What WAS 4-6 weeks is currently 6-8 weeks. Guess when the 6 to 8 weeks actually begins?(1) AFTER you pay registration to *********) AFTER agency processes payment & sends to Montana DMV (3) AFTER Montana DMV receives & processes the *************** While waiting, go forward and plan your ******************** for 2024.The wait IS the sacrifice.The agency customer service people are all great, always nice. The process is just the way it is. In my book, well worth it. This legal loophole has given us great pleasure not using the ********** DMV. We saved $10K in sales tax, and approximately $15K more in Calif DMV fees we will never have to pay, legally :) Bottom line? Freedom to choose. We all still have it. Support it, speak out for it, defend it, and go see this beautiful country while we still can enjoy the freedom to do so.

They completely suck! What was once a very good service has turned into a company that now just wants to scam their customers. Well after you pay the annual fee for their mail reception service, they change the policies that make the service much, much more expensive and inconvenient. If you receive multiple mail items that need to be forwarded, they used to allow you -- as all reputable companies do -- to combine the items into one shipment. They now changed that policy so that each must be shipped to you separately thus increasing the cost by at least $40. So, if you receive 3 pieces of mail that must be forwarded to you, you have to pay for three re-shipments. Instead of one shipment at approximately $20, you must pay them $60 t have each sent to you separately. Basically, it is a scam.
