              GREAT customer service! When the fan went out on our AC during the last heat wave, ***** came out the same day I called to diagnose the issue. If it had been something simple, she would have fixed it. Because it was an issue that required more equipment than she had with her, she sent *** out. When *** found that the fan motor needed replaced and it would take several days to get the part, ***** brought us a portable AC that kept us comfortable until *** could get the fan motor replaced. This was far above and beyond the service expected. I would highly recommend NW Heating and Cooling.

              Chris and Joh are both amazing folks nice as they can be really care about folks and thier comfort!! will be my “go to” heating and cooling company when the big guys leave you hanging these folks will hand you a ladder great customer service
