I did not use their product. They sent me an email offering 20 percent off of an Amazon purchase. I immediately went to Amazon to buy the product, only to find that the promotion had ended. Since I had received the email only 18 hours before, I assume they knew they were sending an email advertising a promotion that actually did not exist. I reached out to the company and was told that they understood how disappointing it is to miss a promotion and that I could subscribe on their website for 10 percent off. Sounds like bait and switch to me. I will find a similar product elsewhere.

I ordered a supplement from this company that ended up not working for me. I contacted the company to take advantage of their 60-day money back guarantee. Upon receiving my request, they asked a series of questions about my use of their supplement and my health in general. I briefly answered those questions, thinking that it would help with the processing of my refund.After receiving my answers, they asked yet more questions that I found to be ****** personal and unnecessary. When I expressed this concern to them, they cut off communication with me and refused to process my refund. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company.I would be hesitant to purchase any products from this company, as they do not stand behind their promises to their customers. I would also be aware that if you do request a refund, you can expect a series of probing questions about your personal health that *** make you uncomfortable, especially if you value your privacy. I post below the specific questions that this company asked me about my health, just to give you an idea of what I'm talking about:How many capsules did you take and how often?What did you experience when taking the product?What kind of diet do you eat?Do you take other supplements?Do you tend more toward loose stools or constipation?What is the main health complaint you are trying to resolve?After I answered these questions, they sent me the following message:Am I understanding correctly that you have pretty good digestion and bowel function, and your biggest concern is ___________ and _____________? What type of symptoms do you experience as a result of this? Do you have any diagnosed conditions/illnesses?At this point, I told them that I was uncomfortable answering additional questions about my personal health and asked them if they could process my refund without asking for information that I considered to be personal and private. I never heard back from them after that.
