They constantly call me and harass me every day all day long. I would like it if they would please stop calling me. We are victims we should not be getting harassed.Review from Traci J

They work with predatory businesses like Affordable Auto Rental and Sales LLC. They call victims at all hours of the night. Using different employees with different numbers so you dont know who they are. They harass their victims by telling them ; that they either pay or theyll steal money from their victims checks. You know what funny is this agency isnt BBB credit just like Affordable auto rental and sales LLC. Theyre just as predatorial , using illegal business practices. Just like Affordable Auto Rental and Sales LLC. Maybe they should be victimized,just like they do their victims.Review from Chris B

Had a truck repoed at the beginning of this pandemic. I waited to hear how much I owed and never got a letter after it was auctioned. Instead I saw a **** on my credit to associated credit for $11,000. Called them on my way to work and left a message asking for a return call to workout payments. Instead I got a garnishment on my paycheck for 368 a month. I was frustrated but figured it would still just pay it off. Needless to say 2 years later I saw the **** on my credit still and contested the amount. Literally one week later I got a letter saying they are trying to garnish my checks again this time for a total of $12,000. This is a scam and fraud. How do you get that much money over two years and never reduce the amount owed. I understand there is probably interest on the amount but no way is the interest almost $400 a month.

Associated Credit obtained a judgment against ******************** for almost $12,000 in January 2020. The only contact we had with ******************** until December 14, 2021 was a conversation in December ********************************************************** the conversation of December 14, 2021 he stated we have received $7-8000 through garnishment. We have received approximately $3500. Each garnishment (there have been six) has garnishment costs of over $400 and interest accrues at the rate of 12% on the unpaid judgment amount. Since we receive less than $700 every few months, ******************************** judgment will take a long time to get paid. If he were to contact Associated Credit and arrange a payment plan he would not have garnishment costs and we could agree to a payment plan for something less than a garnishment would get per month.
