We purchased wall to wall carpet at ************ on January 16, 2015, to cover our entire second floor plus a set of stairs. Over the past year or so, the carpet is "bunching up" like small waves on a pond in a number of high traffic locations. Thinking the carpet needed to be stretched and re-laid in places, I telephoned ************ two months ago to ask them to refer me to a reputable carpet installer who could address the problem. I was told, to my surprise, that the problem would be covered under a warranty. The individual I spoke with told me he would ask their "customer service" department to contact me. No one ever did. So, I again called them about a month ago at ************ and left them a detailed message asking them to call me back. No one ever did. So, two weeks ago, I again called and ask to speak to the Manager. A person by the name of "***" identified himself as such. He confirmed the sale back in January 2015 and again reiterated they would address the problem under a warranty. He told me he wouldtake care of the problem. Again, I have heard nothing. I would like ************ to immediately contact me, set up a firm date to fix the problem, and complete any necessary repairs. Merely having ************ contact me is an inadequate response.
