    I leased a vehicle from this company. I paid $543 a month for a 5 year lease. I have been paying every month since April, 2023. I have paid $4,887 total. I have the proper insurance. I have always communicated with them and if there was an issue with the payment I called quickly to resolve it. I was unaware of a toll bill being placed on the vehicle. The company never sent the information about the toll bill too me. I came out to my vehicle gone one day even though I was up to date on my payments. After I tried to discuss the issue with the company and explained I didn't receive the toll bills and that I could pay it that same day. They stopped making contact. The next time I heard back they said the loan was cancelled and I could not get the car out of being repossessed. The company has been shady about all of the issues I've had with them as well as rude and dismissive. I feel personally victimized as a woman, as well as when I mentioned having my domestic partner, also female, look into the bill the person on the phone laughed and was then cold and dismissive. As a company with this many unsatisfied customers who are reporting them, I wonder why the better buissness bureau has not dug deeper.

    What ever you do DO NOT lease through this co. If you do you wont only have to deal with robs snide remarks and lying about our car note not being processed after he sent a text saying it was. The real problem is not *** though, its his worker ************* 20, I was on my biological moms car insurance and after some time she cut it off. With my financial situation I wouldnt have been able to afford my own policy until the 5th of the month only 4 days after the insurance was getting shut off. ***** called me on the 29th of November saying I had no insurance and that they were going to tow my car!!! So the next day I had gone to an insurance agent and got the insurance, did it wrong I guess because ***** said it will not work. She then proceeded to call me a liar and said if you were homeless at the time of getting the car then maybe you shouldnt be driving after she said that she continued to talk over me and be out of line RUDE! I ended up getting the situation fixed and afterwards ***** still continued to call and text me off her personal phone apologizing for her foot and mouth disease.
