My girlfriend and I went in to legacy auto in ***** a couple months ago and purchased a diesel pickup from them. Test drove it, came back and paid cash then next day. Well a couple days later I started to run low on fuel so I stopped into a station to fill up, I then realized as I was trying to fill up that they had failed to mention that the truck they just sold me had a lock on the gas cap so I couldn't even fuel up. My trucks fuel light had already came on and I didn't want to run the truck out of diesel and cause issues. So I called legacy and informed them of my situation and the salesmen was anything but helpful he started blaming me for not knowing it had a locked cap. Stating " your the one who bought the truck you should've checked" when in reality they are the ones who are supposed to do a full vehicle inspection when purchasing or selling a vehicle. They were not only rude but confrontational and when I went to the dealership to talk about the Issue the salesmen storms out and shoves a gas cap at me saying "you can fix it yourself" I was beyond blown away by this level of unprofessionalism. I have my own business here in the treasure valley and would never treat my clients the way that they treated me. The owner even came out and confronted me after the salesmen saying " get off my property" I guess at this business the customer isn't always right and they don't value their customers the way they should. The salesman and owner are both very unprofessional and rude. It makes sense though after looking them up on ****** it's nothing but terrible reviews. I guess you shouldn't really expect too much from someone who moves here from ********** and starts a business. Liberals are destroying our community and way of life and the owner of legacy is not only a disgrace to our community but a stain on our way of life here in *****. Do the right thing next time and have a backbone. People like you get no where in this life. Multiple bad reviews heading your way bud
