    Date of Transaction was 10/25/2022 I paid them $95.00 They didn't send the tech that **** promised (their head tech ****) but rather a tech that knew nothing about my ******* Duel Washer. He didn't even look at the machine. He spent the entire time "looking up parts" and said it would cost over $700 and needed multiple parts. Then he said he could not stay any longer and asked for pymt by check. My husband asked him how to access the control *********** said that bolts needed to be removed from the back & the top washer removed. My husband watched a video and was able to removed the panel without removing any of those parts. Then he ordered 1 new part for $209. It came, he installed it and the machine is working fine. I called **** and requested a refund. She said she needed to email someone for approval. After not hearing from her, I called and she said she would email "again" and copy me on it. She emailed ******** and lied about how my husband fixed it. I called & **** said she would follow up & call me at exactly 4:30 that afternoon. She did not. She claimed she called and left me a message. She did not. I then sent ******** 2 emails myself. Then I called and spoke to ***, who I was told was a supervisor. She said my refund was rejected by ********. Then I heard from ******** who told me they only work with customers who have service contracts (I don't) and they heard from the company to ignore me. I called again & spoke with ******. She said **** must have emailed ******** by mistake and she would email the right **** and get back to me. She did not. I called this morning and ****** said she would send me the email. She did not. Every single person I have spoken to has lied to me. I feel like I was scammed & taken advantage of. Now when I call, they don't answer the phone and it disconnects. If BBB contacts them, I promise they will lie. They did not even supply me with a receipt, but I do have my cancelled check.

    ****** went out and was no longer cooling. Called and hired a different repair company. Somehow the job was sent to A1 Quality Appliance. Sealed system is under warranty for parts only. Quality Appliance neglected to provide requested quote for the repair. After the job was "complete" I receive a bill for $728 dollars--Labor only. This is $500/hour. Really!? No tax was applied to the bill, and after requesting an itemized bill all they sent was tech notes with the cost. How is this an itemized bill? The fridge worked for less than 12 hours. Now it's Saturday on a holiday weekend. Monday (the holiday) the office calls and says they will try and get someone out next week. I told them they would be there the next day. Tech arrived and said it was a bad compressor. Ordered a new one, along with some other parts. Fast forward over 2 weeks. All parts finally on hand. Tech comes out and replaces the parts he has had for 2 weeks, not the ones he was waiting to arrive. 23 days without a refrigerator and they failed to replace all agreed upon parts. I called ** and was provided a repair authorization number and provided it to the tech/office. They then billed ** for the repair but still refuse to reimburse me for the initial appointment. The second repair was paid for, which was replacing the parts they did the first time. The company "warranty's" their work so it would have been no charge anyway. Instead they billed me for a repair and ** for the same repair 3 weeks later. Sounds like fraud to me. Now, the compressor is making a knocking noise but the fridge is still cooling. They asked to come back out and I declined. I don't want to be stuck with another bill from them for work they can't seem to get right on two occasions. Waiting on ** to contact me and hire someone else-Like I did in the first place. Bottom line, 23 days without a fridge. Tech came out 3 times and still isn't fully repaired. Why did they come out? I didn't hire them. Office refused to refund.

    Thank you for this information. As we discussed with you, your initial sealed system repair was not covered by *** however, when the compressor was bad and needed a new one *** part error, not our error) ** was willing to cover the second sealed system repair because of their part error. There were TWO sealed system jobs that were completed and both of them had to be paid for. One by you, the other by ** because of their part defect. I am sorry that this is frustrating, but this is how warranty works. We have to pay the technician for his time on both jobs and cannot offer a refund for something that he did. I am showing that you stated your refer is working, however, if that is not correct and you are having any further problems you are welcome to call us and we would come out for free as we do guarantee our work.
