Matt came out and was very thorough on what they would be needed. Educated me on some things about trees I was unaware. He was very professional about the work. They came out while I was working and you couldn't even tell they were here because the clean up was so good. The work they performed was exactly what we discussed and they gave the best price of all the company's I had come out. I would highly recommend them for your tree trimming/pruning. They helped give me a piece of mind when the next storm comes through.

I have used Miller Tree Service for approximately 4 years. Their employees do good work and clean up after they're finished. In early August 2021 I made an appointment for an estimate to have my live oak trimmed and was told Casey would come out and provide the estimate in late September 2021. When Casey arrived at my home I asked if he could trim more of my live oak tree than he usually does since the tree's limbs cover my entire backyard. Miller Tree Service usually only trims the limbs that cover my house. He told me the price would be $450 instead of $375 to remove the limbs that cover the house and trim back the limbs that cover the yard. He also mentioned they could remove two small tree stumps in my yard for $150. I told him I'd think about the stump removal and let him know. Their office called yesterday (January 31st, 2022) to see if they could come over and do the work that day. I agreed since it had already waited 4 months but they called back a few minutes later to tell me they wouldn't be able to come over until February 1, 2022. They did trim the limbs over my house but did not do the additional work I requested or was being charged for. When I called and left messages with the office and Casey I also called Matt who told me he knew about my complaint and to contact Casey but Casey wasn't available so I called Matt back. Matt told me "Casey didn't me about anything other than the limbs over the house" and "they'd already worked longer than I was paying for!" I thought I was paying for the job, not their hourly wage. Less than 5 minutes later their office called and the woman I spoke to told me Matt had provided the original estimate, not Casey. So either Matt was lying or the office was lying. I'm inclined to believe Matt is the liar because of his rudeness and general attitude over the phone. Their workers arrived at 8:34 and left an hour and 14 minutes later according to my video doorbell camera and they spent 15 minutes talking in my back
