A one star is being nice. Absolutely the worse plumbing company. They lie and scam customers. They sent a technician out mid March to our house, bathroom sink was leaking. He spent less than 5 mins and said it was fixed. Went in the bathroom to check and it was still leaking. Called them and he came back, to spend 20 mins and to walk out saying a part needed to be ordered. The technician left water all over the place and greasy handprints on our walls (ones not even near the sink). After a week, I called to find out what part was ordered only to be told someone would call me back. Another week went by so I called again, finally spoke to someone and they emailed the part info. It opulent be in though until 21 April (a month after initial appointment). We had already paid for them to come out and the. We were going to have to pay again for them to finish the job (that didn't seem right to me). I told the scheduler that we need at least 24 hrs notice since by the time they come out to fix it, it will be a rental. Fast forward to 21 April, I get a call they will be there in 30 mins, I'm no can do. They then rescheduled the apt for 10 May and said they would call Friday to let me know if it will be a morning or afternoon apt. Well here we are 10 May and they called to tel me they will be there in 10 mins, um no...nobody is there. During all this mess the warranty company has also been trying to figure out what was going on and they got a completely different story. I don't understand how they are still in business. Read the reviews, I am not the only one that has had issues. The staff all around is unprofessional and rude. Nobody seems to know what is going on.
