In August of 2021, I purchased a 2019 Chevy Traverse from Rountree Ford . I began to have issues with the vehicle. I contacted Rountree Ford on several occasions concerning the matter. I was mis-lead in terms of resolutions. As a result things escalated, which led me to consider recession. I went to dealership to request a copy of my original contract, which I discovered differences in both contracts given to me. I requested an explanation, a manager responded by suggesting I come back to the dealership for clarification. At that point I felt there was suspicious activity taking place.Review from ANDREA A

I WENT IN ON APRIL 13 TH 2021, AND LEFT MY CAR, BEING TOLD THAT IT WOULD BE 3, DAYS TOO A WEEK, DUE TOO COVID-19 OH MY GOD ONLY TOO BE DIAGNOSIS, IT'S A MONTH NOW, I'VE BEEN BACK AND FOURTH UP THERE GIVEN THA RUN AROUND DODGED MISLEAD LIED TOO TREATED AS IF I WEREN'T A PERSON ARE MY CAR TOO OLD FOR GOOD SERVICE NO PASSION ARE CONSIDERATION, AT ALL SUM TIMES ATTITUDE AND RUDE, I THOUGHT MAYBE IT WAS BECAUSE IM BLACK, I WATCH AND SEE HOW OTHER RACES ARE TREATED AND HANDLED WHILE IM THERE CHECKING ON MY CAR IT'S MINES I BOUGHT IT I DON'T OWE FOR IT BUT I'D LIKE TOO RUN LIKE A NEW ONE, SO I'M DOING MY BEST, IM DEFINITELY NOT HAPPY ARE SATISFIED THE LEAST BEFORE THIS I HAD HIGH EXPECTATIONS FOR ROUNTREE FORD MY FAMILY HAS DEALT WITH THEM FOR YEARS AND YEARS..... THIS TRULY HURTS MY HEART FOR MEH TOO HAVE EXPERIENCE MY EXP.
