      I recently purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and when I went and signed and picked up the truck the check engine light came on. Before ever finishing buying I notified the salesmen and also the manager that the light had came on, and they both assured me they would fixed whatever was causing the truck light to come on and to bring back the following week. I since then have had the truck in the shop now for the third time to get this issue fixed. After getting the truck back the first time it came back on within 24 hours so we then took it to the local part store and they ran a test and informed us it was a fuel system problem. I contact the dealership via text letting them know it was back on and what the code was for. They told me they would get it back in the shop and fixed. I put the truck back in the shop and got it back again and the light came back on. Now they are stating I’ve drove the truck for three months and they aren’t fixing the problem since it’s going to cost 15-20 thousand dollars. I can either fix it or trade it in on something else. They offered me $37,000 for a truck I just purchased and owe $52,000 on. I have all text of them saying they would fix whatever the check engine light was on for and I even had recordings were the salesman admitted him and the manager promised to fix my problem and he thinks it’s unfair for them not to stand behind their word. I’m now two week without a vehicle and I’m a single mother with children. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

      Morgan Service Department in Bossier really *****. I have returned my truck for the forth time for def fluid problems and now they are telling me it will be over a thousand dollars to replace a pump that they did not hook up properly after a pervious repair to the def heater was replaced. They ordered the part and was going to make me pay $820.00 just to be able to drive my truck before the parts were installed. Im done with their incompetence on diagnosing and fixing the problems with my vehicle and am seriously considering a lawsuit against them.

      On March 30, 2022 Mr. ******** brought his vehicle in for repairs which were completed at no charge. Mr. ******** returned on April 11, 2022 for another repair at no charge. On April 14, 2022 Mr. ******** returned for a third repair, the parts were ordered, but due to delays was unable to be installed quickly, so Mr. ******** picked up his vehicle without the parts being installed. On April 22, 2022 Mr. ******** was contacted by the Service Manager and customer stated that he would not be bringing vehicle back in for repairs.
