            We have a solar panel that is not working fully. I reported to the company in Nov 2021, the come to see it after repeated calls (>10 plus) in March 2023. They said due to covid the panel was taking longer to obtain from manufacture. I have tried to contact them again they are not calling me back.I would assume this is sufficient time. I am ******* money due to my investment into solar, as panel has not been replaced. I have 24 panels. The system company ****** said they could not do anything so I am comtacting you. I like them to replace my panel and give me compensation for the time I am out if full usage of this panel.

            They failed the first inspection due to no folling code on two things. After a couple of months of use, I was still getting a sizeable bill from SDG&E. I called to let them know that and they said that they could add extra panels and would have to pull a permit again. Also, the panels that they just installed were obsolete and the new panels wouldn't match in size. Now, it would put me in the *** 3.0 if I add more than 10%. I had a bill for $258 in the fall. I sent them all my bills for the last year over a month ago and they haven't responded. I hope that there is legal action that is available for this sub par solar system. Should have went with the first company that wanted to put 24 panels up instead of 20.

Your 20 panel ********* system produced ****** kWh's last year, which is above expectations. Additionally, your system was installed using top quality equipment (********* panels and Enphase micro inverters). We are really sorry that the ********** ************************* decided to implement NEM 3.0, as it's made it more difficult for customers to expand systems. We want you to know that you got a good system at a very completive price and it's performing better than expected. We are sorry about any confusion and are here for you should you have any questions in the future.
