I purchased new sandals for my daughter. Upon opening the package, they were the wrong size and they were damaged. Business required me to pay for return shipping and if I wanted to have another pair sent I had to pay again. Caveat Emptor

After the customers initial conversation with our customer service team over the phone they followed up with an email with images of their damaged sandals. Once the damage was confirmed by our customer service team we followed up with the customer and offered to cover the return shipping cost along with a full refund for the damaged products. We only require customers to pay for return shipping on exchanges or returns, for damaged or warranty claim sandals we are happy to offer return labels or refunds for shipping cost. This BBB review was submitted within our 48 hours reply time while we evaluated the customers photos and damage to their sandals. At this time, we believe the customer is satisfied with our resolution.

Always wore rainbow sandals growing up...then I actually grew up. I had a sole completely detach from the sandal but when I contacted them I was told that the condition of the leather wasn't up to par for a GUARANTEE? I owned them for less than a year. It was clearly an issue with the adhesive that failed because it was the first time in 20 years I'd had this type of issue. Also they sent me photos of a different, more distressed pair of sandals to show how my GUARANTEE didn't fit their criteria for replacement. Absolutely a scam promise.

The customer sent images over email of their ********************** to be evaluated under our warranty program. Unfortunately, due to the cracked soles on the footbed of the sandal and cracked strap materials repair or replacement is impossible. The Rainbow Guarantee is for the lifetime of the sole against manufacturing defects such as layers separating, faulty stitching, pulled straps, etc., wear and tear issues are not covered. The customer's ********************** had cracked leather top sole on both the left and right sandals leather footbeds and in the leather straps, not only does this void our warranty but it would make fixing the delamination of the layers impossible, if we attempted to separate the footbed layers of the sandal to adhere the soles with fresh adhesive the top sole material would fall apart due to the cracks in the materials from wear and tear rendering the sandals unwearable. As a company, we do our best to provide our warranty information as clearly as possible. Our warranty information is provided at the time of purchase with each pair of sandals in the form of an information tag, it is available under the warranty section of our official website and can be provided by our customer service team over email or phone. Our website provides examples with images of warrantied and non-warrantied damage as well as instructions for submitting sandals for warranty review. When we received the images and confirmed they were not covered under our warranty we sent a notification email to the customer explaining why the ********************** were not covered and directed them to our warranty information online.The below link will direct you to our warranty FAQ page.****************************************************************************************
