Horrible absolutely horrible customer service. *** reached out to ******************* or multiple occasions with no response. Its really disappointing to spend so much towards HOA fees and have absolutely no response when reaching out with serious inquiries.Review from Lauren C

Steer clear of Menas and *********************. She is not only the worst HOA property manager that we have had to deal with but she is easily one of the worst "managers" we have ever had to speak with. Her customer service is lacking and don't even get me started on her managing skills. It is clear she doesn't know how to do her job and yet she wants to act as though she has properly handled the issue at hand. The way she places blame and points the finger tells me she has no business managing people or properties. You have to email her several times to get a response and you can never get her on the phone. She seems to run away from conflict instead of finding a happy resolution for all parties. We are currently working with other homeowners to learn how to get rid of her.Review from Willard T

HEY ****** WHY DON'T YOU RESPOND TO MY EMAILS, VOICEMAILS, PHONE CALLs & RECEPTIONIST NOTES FROM ME??For a start please itemize the $******* costs on my account balance due to the leak in 4B. I need this ASAP (As Soon As Possible). So I can submit it to my insurance company.
