      I ordered bird cage parts and they were never sent. **************** says they'll check and call back. They didn't.

      On June 17 I place a $900.00 + order. Their web site indicated up to 4 weeks for shipment. After 5 weeks I sent an inquiry email. I received the same "If your reading this we got your email and will be in touch" reply as mentioned by other reviewers. Several days later after no reply, I sent a 2nd email and received the same "got it" reply. I started calling and leaving messages. No reply. During this time of COVID I understand supply issues and having to wait, but this avoiding the customer after taking his money is completely unacceptable and from the reviews here, and what I've learned on line in other places, seems to be standard operating procedure for this company. Some of the companies replies seem as though they are attacking the reviewer. Well, I know how to document, and I am unhappy. I definitely plan to use my freedom of speech to warn others about the business practices of this company.

      So I order a tattoo kit June 27 so still have not received and they don't answer the phone or emails. Have not received it say in processing still as July 13.

      The customer was advised of her shipping date and tracking information on 7/14/2022. Her order shipped on 7/13/2022 & is currently out for delivery. Tracking number was emailed and voicemail was left

      Very poor customer service with **********************. I will never order from this company again or recommend them to anyone. I waited well over a month to receive the ********** table and stand. Once I received it, the stand was poorly put together and the table would not fit safely on top of the stand, thus making it useless to use for our rabbits. I immediately called customer service and left several messages, no one would call me back. I then emailed customer service pictures of the stand and explained issues I had with it and again with no response. At this point, I dont believe anyone from this company will be getting back with me to resolve this issue, so I want to warn others on how poor the customer service is at **********************. Its very disappointing to spend money with a company and have no one care to even bother to email or call a customer back when they have concerns. I really did want to support a company that makes products in *******, but the poor customer ***************** of the stand, has me convinced I will never order from this company again.
