      Excellent service. The crew was efficient, thoughtful and professional. Moving is a horrific experience, but Sullivan made my move a great transition to my new home and community. I highly recommend this company.

      Thugs with no moral compass. The experience was a nightmare. The scheduling was handled by ****, she booked packers for 2 jobs on the same day. The estimate was 145boxes, but she scheduled them for half a day. ****, the driver had only 1 motive, to drop off the boxes at any cost. He started dumping items into boxes instead of letting the packers, pack them. At the destination, he came to check the driveway and decided to use a large truck along a narrow driveway and ruined the landscaping. We did give special instructions to **** (the salesman), **** (the scheduler) and **** (the driver). In addition, **** is disrespectful with the items of value. For instance, there was a potting table made by my husband and my little one. **** referred to is as, "strange looking table". In reference to another piece of furniture he said, "where do you want the faded couch". Even though we paid good money, he hired a bunch of local hoodlums to do the unpacking and scheduled them after another move on the 17th even though we said it was OK to deliver it anytime before the 19th. The movers were rude, trashed the place, did not use material to protect the floors or the walls. Made a mess of white carpets in the master bed. Did not assemble any of the items. When they charge almost 30K I think it is OK for me to expect that they a) treat my stuff with respect b) Not break/damage almost every item they touched c) assemble items that were disassembled by them. And then there is ******(?) from claims processing, I reported that the furniture was not assemble, landscape was ruined, walls were dented, carpet messed up. When I called back to follow up she did not remember who I was and claimed that I did not talk to her, even though I have a voice message from her. She mailed a check for $150 for all the damages!! Good luck finding a better moving company, stay away from this one.

      In a time where getting something done is harder than ever, this company really stepped up and went above and beyond. I can't thank Laurel enough for being transparent and helping me solve problems that came up in the process. Laurel went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Thank you again for everything!

      We used Sullivan ********************************************* out of *********, **. We used this company because they somehow came up as the #1 moving company in ********* County. Well that is a huge misnomer!! They are very far from #1! They receive 1 star because they have a shining front office team but the grit that you have to work with on the move and after if there is a need to make a claim is below a zero rating! First off this company requires ALL your money for the move prior to the truck leaving your driveway and that includes any extra the driver decides will need to be tacked on just in case the weight might be over! The driver we had was extremely rude and all about his time and his guys. Really didnt care about our goods and what we had left that needed to go on that *** lines for a cross country trip. He had a time clock he was on and he was sticking by it regardless of the fact that we were paying his salary. But he argued we didnt pay his salary, Sullivan did! And mover beware!! If something is damaged you have to make note of it at the time it is unloaded or Sullivan/United/Mayflower will not honor your claim. The driver wanted to make a deal with us to move our stuff from a temporary storage to our home and that is funny because the company has denied our claim because we had professional movers move our items out of the packed storage to our home once it was ready.Granted we discussed that this would be the procedure we would have to do from day one!! And we even filed a complaint with the higher *** regarding the driver and his treatment of us and the way his crews he hired and paid handled our things. They really didnt seem to care. It fell on deaf and uninterested ears. No customer first policy in this ********************** that is for sure!!! And we were encouraged to just go ahead and file a claim which was in a matter of days quickly denied because we had to move the objects to our home and out of the storage unit. Which mind you was 5 minutes down the road as opposed to the move they did that was packed in two days and rearranged and then didnt get to us until 12 days later! So NO the move from storage to our home did not do the damage. But we were denied a claim so our table from our wedding is cracked from tabletop to bottom and our fine china is broken and we are out of luck! There is some very fine print no one intentionally tells you about so that they can deny your claim. And ugliness toward customers is tolerated! I will highly discourage anyone and everyone from ever using Sullivan or Mayflower or United *** lines. Its all about the money for them, zero customer care or service!
