This claim is being filed on May 26, 2023 for the move that occurred on April 17, 2023. Rhino Moving, LLC broke my TV stand, is still in possession of said furniture, and has not responded with any course of action since the incident. I gave the mentioned furniture in working condition, to which it was returned not in working condition. I have called and texted to follow up multiple times to no avail, hence the reason for this **************. Carrier ID ********** for Rhino Moving, LLC was found to be terminated 12/27/2022, therefore, Rhino Moving, LLC had no authorization to handle household goods for the move that occurred on April 17, 2023. Further evidence finds that Carrier ID MTR ******* and Household Goods Permit for Rhino Moving, LLC is pending as of 01/24/2023. Authorization has yet to be approved for Rhino Moving, LLC to handle any household goods, ergo Rhino Moving, LLC was not licensed at the time of the move on April 17, 2023 and deemed unable to perform any moving services. Furthermore, it was found that Rhino Moving, LLC is also operating with an inactive ***** number as of 11/24/22.
