            Hello,I ordered a monument from Conti and Son company on 12/15/2020 and paid 50% of the agreed price of $4310.Invoice number is 20-0396. Company employees ******* and ******* promised me that the monument will be ready to install no later that on 06/15/2021.I contacted the company multiple times in June 2021 and been told by ******* that the monument is in Long Beach and will be delivered soon. Nothing had happened.I contacted the company on July 7, 2021 and ******* told me that the monument is likely to be still overseas (in ***** production site?) and she will clarify and call me back. She never did.I assume this as a breach of contract and unfair business practice. Therefore I would like to ask Conti and Sons to either:1. Finish the job within a week.2. or, if it's impossible, refund me my pre-payment of $2150. Receipt is attached.Please contact myself or my son Dmitry.             Ordered My husband's headstone June 2021 paid in full same day. It is April 2022 headstone is complete finally but not placed. From the beginning of this process I had to continually call and ask for progress updates. Was told that it should only take 14 weeks. I Live 3 hours away so I couldn't just pop up to check on progress. I had to call numerous times just to speak to someone as no one ever returned my calls. Their service is very unprofessional and lacks a caring and personal touch that they said would be there. This experience has made my grieving process very hard. I don't know what the final product looks like even though I was told that I would receive a picture when finished. Now I have to wait until the cemetery places it for me to know if it is correct. Very Bad business ethic. I will not recommend them at all.
