      LR Appliance Repair came out to fix my ice dispenser. Mr. ****** a very patient, experienced appliance technician was able to test my refrigerator and determine the cause of why my refrigerator was not dispensing ice. He immediately after conducting his thorough test notified me that there was a part that he had to order because he did not have one available. He asked if I wanted him to order the part and if so that it would be $200 to order the part. This company does charge $95 dollars to come out and diagnose the issue and it was well worth it since initially I had called them and when I was told of the diagnose fee and that if I choose to get the problem repaired it would be added to the total cost of repair I had said no, I called other businesses and they quoted me a lot less. However, I spent so much money with those other two companies, and they were in my house for hours taking this apart and that apart and arrived at the conclusion that it was the ice maker that needed to be replace and in actuality that was not the issue. Another company came and charged four hundred and something dollars because supposedly they replaced the ice maker which was not the problem and to boot they didn't even replaced the ice maker, the technician just said he did and when i called him out on it, he did not deny it but offer to give me $200 dollars back and added that I should not call anyone else since the refrigerator was beyond repair; what a *****. LR Appliance Repair was a breath of fresh air and I give them high five for doing such an amazing job quickly and efficiently. Hurray!!!!!! Go *****!!!!!

      BE WARNED 0F: LR Appliance Repair/**** came out for evaluation of no power to panel (service call $85) to be put towards repair and parts. It took him ***** min. for estimate of $330 which was to replace a safety control fuse and I asked why it blew and should their be a underlaying cause, he said no they just blow sometimes. I agreed to estimate. It took another 15-20min with fuse replacement and testing oven now worked to turn on. The first time we used oven that night to 350 degrees power to operation panel went off again. I called service number the next day and lady answered saying **** would call back about returning to fix issue. I called back again in two day when no call received and she said would make appointment for a service call and that **** was too busy to call back. I asked if I would get credit for all labor for previous estimate and she said it could be another issue and wasn't sure. I had looked up part which was $22 retail which was replaced and asked why I had been charged $121 for that part and she said they had the right to up charge parts as they saw fit. I then tried to communicate through E-mail on receipt which wouldn't transmit to validate that things were said on the phone so I had proof and E-mail was to non existent address. I then looked on line and saw all the complaints from the business practices of this business both on ****** and on the better business site which caused me to cancel payment on the **** charge for this business due to their business character and lack of warranty integrity. The second Appliance repair checked issue which included using error coding paperwork that was inside top of machine (previous company did not do this) and when they found out their was a cause for fuse to blow (I.E.: cooling fan wouldn't come on once started and this was audible ) fan was ordered and replaced as well as thermal fuse. Thermal fuse charge was $25 instead of $121 and oven works now.

      Had this company give me an estimate to repair refrigerator/freezer column units because they were displaying "Water Filter Leak" error messages. I was told each of the units needed a new electronic water filter sensor board for the two units.The Tech quoted me $1500.00 for the repair. I thought that to be exceedingly high so I looked up the parts online at GE Monogram and saw they were about $70.00 each.I further investigated and saw that the boards are positioned just alongside where the water filter slides in and I could easily install these myself. That is what I did and it took me all of 15 minutes to figure it out and do the work. I'm not an appliance tech person, but this was stupid easy.I can understand and would pay a reasonable markup for the parts, and a fair labor charge but their charge was just absurd. Other reviews online are also very unfavorable for this company, strongly do not recommend them.

      CON ARTIST!!! and not even good at that! Made an appointment, they called to change THE **** ...the next day I waited within the time frame and then called to see their ETA... OOPS, can't come until late that afternoon.... Lucky I was going to be home. Then 30 min before he was to be here she called and cancelled. They offered me the following day in the morning. When he came over to look, he said you know it's going to cost $350. For a minimum, I said NO, I was quoted $45 for him to come out because they dont stock parts, then he will come back to repair and the $45 would be applied to the total repair ****.oh boy now we have a problem...he stepped out of the house to make a call and then the woman ****** called me on my phone and yelled at me for wasting her **** time... the audacity... DO NOT WASIST YOUR **** OR YOUR MONEY TO GET SCREWED OVER BY THESE PEOPLE....

      Dear *****, before we send technician you were confirmed 3 times to replace door handle would be $225 and I triple check if its okey with you. Our technician arrived and you told him that you wont pay that and asking him to leave. I tried to contact you and remind about our conversation and you refuse to talk to me and hang up your phone. If you would cancel this appointment would be very good but that didnt happen. And you ask our technician leave your house like he is your slave. Very disappointed why you did that.
