My name is *******************, I leased a tractor from go capital funding in August of 2017, I missed only one payment from 2017 to April 2020 and my truck payments were ******* a month. Well covid 19 hit which is corona virus and it shut the world down, I contacted *********************** and Go Capital to let them no I was just laid off just like the whole world experienced in march of 2020. I pleaded for help just asking them to work with me but considering my truck was a few months away from being paid off they decided to not help me and repossessed my truck immediately in 2020. Now four years later this company is coming harassing me trying to get money from me, when my truck was almost paid for they came in repossessed it and *********************** gave me his backside to kiss and was outrageously rude and disrespectful. They took advantage of corona virus and took my truck in 2020, and now almost four years later there back to now harassing me. It's sad because I was a excellent customer was paying an absorbant amount of money a month which was *******. Covid shut everyone down and they wouldn't even work with me for one month. I reached out to the BBB back in 2020 u should see my information from back about this situation. I'm reaching out again because they all of a sudden are back harassing me four years later. This company has nothing but negative and horrible reviews, they keep switching company names, it's a shady business that I'm asking for some help to have them stop harassing me. I filed a complaint with the BBB in 2020 so this is the same situation. They repossessed my truck one month after covid but my payments were up to date. And my truck was a few months from being paid off so they took it.
