BUYER BEWARE The Sellers will misrepresent or won't provide clarity on watch condition. I recently purchased a watch from Seller (pre-owned Rolex) & after receiving, the condition wasn't as described. I notified the Seller that the watch wasn't in condition that I expected & would like to exchange it back for a different watch. Seller agreed & attempted to INCREASE the sales price of the new watch I was buying. At which point, I said that I wanted to return the watch for what I paid for *********** refused- instead saying I could "sell it back" to them. By the way, I've spent over $100,000 in multiple trades with this outfit, can't imagine how they will treat a one-time customer. There is a reason this company is rated D-

My wife and I were vacationing in *************, **. We paid a visit to what we thought was a storefront as they had a pic on their site of a store front.... Whadda Joke!!.... We show up to a Hi Rise building. Take the elevator to the 6th floor. I had to be directed to a door w/ out a business name attached to it. Once I knocked on the door this creepy dude answers the door, You woulda thought I was and ICE agent and a light was shown on a cockroach!!!.. He could hardly speak frigin english, the office was maybe 200sf with no widows (shoebox)., and wanted nothing to do with answering questions, etc. All he could muster up to say was: Go to the website..... STAY THE * AWAY *ROM THESE JOKERS!

They took very good care of me pointed me to the correct size Rolex instead of taking my money . I understand the price on my new size was different but its understandable what they needed to do to find the correct size . A lot of these people need to understand the watch is not In stock they need to be patient . Anybody could back off a price .

Bait and Switch has been an illegal practice for decades. Not at Jaztime. I went online to purchase a Rolex watch. I completed the process and received a confirmation of the order. Two days later I received a call stating that the price would be $2000 more even though the advertised price was on the site and I received a confirmation. I did read the entire site after this happened and found a place that states that the advertised price may not be the price you get. Super Sleazy!! They should not be allowed to advertise a price and not make it available. They should only advertise the picture of the watch and say email for price. This is the shadiest operation I have met. No one else advertises a price, then you complete an order form, you get a confirmation, and then they tell you it will cost $2000 more. Jaztime is a scam.

I thought I had purchased a Vacheron Watch and received an order confirmation (Re: ? Jaztime Order Confirmation: ******). They refused to honor their advertised price (despite issuing the order confirmation) and tried to charge me an additional $7000.

Let me start my review with this: The process of purchasing the watch and the shipping was fine. The watch came as expected and as described, and arrived overnight.However, I am giving 2 stars for the following two reasons:- When I signed up for an account to make my purchase, JazTime sent my account details to my email address WITH MY PASSWORD IN PLAIN TEXT. This is terrible information security for any company -- much less a company dealing in mostly $10k+ transactions. My password being sent to my email in plain text is extremely concerning for 2 reasons: 1) If my email was to be compromised, the compromising party would have access to an email with my account information. and 2) This means that JazTime is STORING their passwords in plaint text. If JazTime's systems were to be breached, ALL account details, including passwords, would be available to the person that gained access. This is about as basic as information security gets, and they failed miserably.- When I purchased the watch (no payment at time of online purchase), I received an email confirmation that JazTime would call me once they've validated that the watch is still available and in good condition so that payment could be made. I received a call about 2 hours later and the man on the phone (I'm assuming the owner) raised the price by nearly $1000. I get it, the watch market moves quickly and prices change. However, I find it pretty unethical to advertise a piece for a certain price and allow a customer to go through the entire purchasing process only to be met with a nearly 10% price increase when banking details and wire transfer protocols are being discussed. The man on the phone was unwilling to budge on his new price, even though the advertised price was $1000 lower. I tried meeting in the middle, but he pretty rudely stated that there was no chance that my negotiations would have any sway, and told me to take it or leave it. I ended up purchasing the watch, but with a sour taste in my mouth.I can honestly say that I will avoid transacting with this company in the future.

Co practices the ole bait and switch. Advertise one price and sell at a higher price then hide behind a disclaimer that they have the right to do it. Legally yes but not good business practice to treat customers that way. I would not recommend them There are much more professional co out there to do business with.
