      Fluidra handles iAqualink products for my pool.THEY ARE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE COMPANY IN THE WORLD!!!In the 10 years I have been using them, they have only returned 1 phone call.In those 10 years I have called them at least 40 calls and was put on hold for quite a while. I hung up all of those times except one. And that one I waited for at lease 30 minutes. They should not be in business!!!!!!Also, BBB should have a ZERO rating with NO Stars.

      I am leaving one star because I have to. I purchased emergency light bulbs from this company but they didnt work. I have been trying to settle this matter for 2 1/2 months now. At first I would track a representative who told me my matter had to go to a manager and they, the manager, would call me back. That never happened. I sent emails that were never answered. Now for about the last three weeks, no one ever answers the phone. I have left messages but again no response. I would like a refund on these non working light bulbs. Thank you.

      Product dies not work at all.Initial reviews were positive. Possibly a bait and switch issue. **************** responded to first email and ignored all subsequent emails. I bought 4 bulbs. Non works in emergency mode even after being charged in excess of 12 hours.

      I'd prefer to leave NO STARS for Boundery! But in order to send this review, I'm required to send a star rating. My advice to anyone who fell for the slick advertising and is reading this is, DO NOT FALL FOR THIS SCAM.I ordered 1 eBulb, advertised as having a battery in the bulb which, after being charged in a regular light fixture, will activate in case of power failure. Included is a hook to attach to the bulb so it can be carried around and provide light for 4 hours. The first red flag was receiving a package of 12 bulbs, and being charged for 12, rather than the 1 bulb that was ordered. **************** person was in another country and very politely informed me that the order was already shipped and couldn't be canceled.Upon the event of a power failure, the eBulb didn't work to provide light .I'll call customer service to complain, and I don't expect any satisfaction. IT'S CLEARLY A SCAM. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SLICK ADVERTISING AND COMMERCIALS. It's unconscionable that Boundery is still operating despite the many bad reviews.

      DO NOT PURCHASE DIRECT THROUGH BOUNDERY.!!! Purchased Boundery Bulbs - they arrived in a plastic shipping bag (lightbulbs). After weeks of waiting. The bulbs packaging is crushed and torn. Ask for replacements - as I had purchased the items for gifts. I was told I had to pay restocking and return shipping. Restocking for damaged items. Im supposed to try 8 bulbs/charge for 12 hours each to make sure they are going to even work given the way they were shipped! My two options (from customer service) pay more money to return or accept an immediate 20% discount if I kept them. I asked to speak with a Supervisor- none available. I asked for a Supervisor to call me cant guarantee when one will be able to call. I received an email outlining my choices - (now a 40%) credit for my inconvenience to keep bulbs. Not happy but agreed just to be done with this company. STILL No credit - excuses and non- response. By the way - dont take the lifetime replacement they offer just more money down the drain. Worst company I have ever dealt with.

      Dear *****,PLease accept our sincere apologies for the negative experience you had.We do use a variety of packaging for shipping depending on the item. Since our bulbs are made of a hard plastic material (opposed to standard lightbulbs) we often ship smaller orders inside of a polybag. This allows us to offer reduced shipping costs to our customers (and free shipping over $99) while still ensuring that the bulbs themselves arrive undamaged. The bulb packaging is intended to help further protect the bulbs and may arrive with damage to it from the shipping process. We are happy to accept returns, for any reason, within 30 days of purchase, but in cases where the item is un-damaged we do have a minimal restocking fee. As mentioned, since the boxes were damaged, we offered a discount to keep the item (40%)We apologize for the inconvenience. We do stand behind all of our products and apologize that the packaging box arrived with damage to it.
