It took months to get things set up with Social Security but My Senior Health Plan was right there all thru the delays. Then, once Social Security had us finally set up, My Senior Health Plan was there to make the process of picking and setting up our accounts a breeze.I will recommend them to anyone new to retirement!Review from Brenda Q

The Representatives go *************** with their customer service. They are professional friendly, caring and extremely knowledgeable. Well, ******* lived up to the prior reviews. I did speak with many different agents in many different firms that all provided policies in *******. All had some good information the first time they called me. It's the response time/ or lack of reply to my e-mail follow-up questions that lacked. Also, since I'm providing my personal info and bank info, I wanted to be comfortable that I spoke with the same person on all occasions and that the firm felt trustworthy. That is, the reps ***** turn over rapidly and my info passed through the fewest hands as possible. My info was handled only by *******. The reviews on BBB did add greatly to my confidence in dealing with this group. ******* answered my questions point by point and then we worked through the application process till it was complete.Review from Fay H
