***** sold me a misrepresented car. And also odometer fraud. He offered to fix certain things and decided to disappear he got paid. And will not respond to any texts I send him.

23+ years in the import business and we have seen it all as there is always two sides to a story. The vehicle ****** *. purchased was a white 1995 ***** ***** **** ****** ******** limited edition spec. ****** liked this vehicle, and so purchased it over a red one he was considering. I think ****** was expecting to purchase a new car with no flaws that comes with a warranty because he started to nit-pick on all sorts of issues that he saw in his eyes with the vehicle despite lots of high-resolution images and videos sent. When he started to complain, we offered to pay for those fixes which we thought was the AC recharge, a replacement of the air-box / air-filter and the oil metering pump, then received an alleged $9k bill from his personal mechanic. Once that invoice was shown to our local rotary specialist, the problems listed on his alleged invoice were inflated to garner a $10k deduction that he has been wanting on this car prior to purchasing it from us; too coincidental at best. On 11/29/2021, ****** posts on our Phase9MotorSports ** wall a comment in reply to one of our prospective clients as follow: "If anybody wants to buy this car I want $60k for it...77,000 kilometers 48k miles... type * ********". If someone was this disgruntled, then that comment left should have been one that is similar to what he posted here on BBB. If it was fraud as he alleges here, then he would have posted such a comment instead. If he is reading this comment, and despite this vehicle being sold "AS-IS, WHERE IS, WITH ALL FAULTS", ****** is welcome to send the vehicle back to us so we can have it properly diagnosed at our rotary specialist instead of sending us a bogus near $9,000 USD repair invoice from his personal mechanic! That said, we do the very best to help our clients obtain quality vehicles that they can either park their money into as hard tangible assets or purchase for their own personal enjoyments. ******** ******** or for that matter ANY *** vehicle is not cheap to buy in Japan in today's current market let alone wanting to buy one stateside. Importation and the cost of materials have gone up thus ironically driving the demand and purchase price steadily upwards with NO sign of a recession or bubble waiting to burst.
