I called to confirm a part number before ordering a $497.00 non refundable part. He asked me what it showed on the website, I told him that it showed a description of the part and not a part number. (He clearly was engaged in doing other things because there was moving noises in the background, and he was being unkind during me asking him questions like I was causing him trouble to ask him questions). I explained that I could give him my part number, just to see if it was the same as the one he has, and he made me feel I was asking him too much and that I should pretty much just read the description of the part on his website. I then asked if he had a description of the number and color of wires on the back of his picture, and he told me no, that I get what I can see. I explained that I have a Balboa water groups circuit board, and that I found a balboa water groups control panel, the only difference was the overlay sticker for the control panel, but Id prefer an original part if I could only get a little more information, and that I was doing my homework before purchasing. He said it looks like I already have a lot of information already on my own, so I should just make a decision and let that be that. He asked me if I had any other questions as I felt he was ******* me off the phone, and I said yes I do, but not at this time. We hung up from each other. As I was about to go ahead with my on-line order, I received a message from his website that the item either no longer exists and or has been moved to another site. What a complete **** ASS!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!?? I called him back several times, he sent me straight to Voicemail.

This person's behavior was consistent with that of a credit card fraudster. All the information to make a purchase decision was provided in the product description of the part he asked about. We pointed out the exact model and year that he claimed to have was listed as fitting the part in question.On the pretense of making a purchase, he kept probing and asking for information that is not needed to make the purchase. He even asked for the internal wire colors of the part. Therefore, we took actions to avoid potential credit card fraud.

The person that responded to my complaint is a liar. I asked for the colors on the back of the control panel because he only provided one picture. I asked if he would verify the wire colors and he told me no, that is the only picture he was providing which was on his site. I continued to explain to him that for me to spend $497.00, I wanted more information because he was selling me a non-refundable part. He was very rude, he was a true smart-ass with me every step of the way. I ended up buying this part from Spaparts123. And spoke to a very nice lady, and discovered their business was family owned and operated. Better yet, the part was verified by her, and all she needed from me was my Artesian Spa serial number. even better than that, I explained to her what I went through with this a** hole, and not only did she give me the Topside control panel for $217.00 + tax, but threw in the $32.00 control panel sticker for free! If you need spa parts, please buy from ********************** They are very nice, and very professional. In the end, after he put me through what he did, I looked up his reviews- wow, buyer beware, read the reviews before purchasing from people, ****** very well learned by me.
