I contacted STOP EVICTION CONSULTANTS (***) when ********************* refused to accept my rent. They had in the passed accepted late rent from me but this time decided they do not want to accept it. They said they would offer me a pay out but then went back on their word with that offer. I only had at that time 6 months left on my lease. Plus I was ****************************************** out ASAP. So I contacted SVC they responded immediately with what I needed to do.I decided to go for the $499 option because I needed more time to figure out what to do. My case is still pending but with Having *** behind me I feel confident that I will be able to stay in my home. I also have a 13 yo little girl and I do not want to move because we just changed school districts and I don't want to uproot her again when she is performing so amazing in school. My baby is 2 weeks old but I have relief knowing that *** is supporting me. ********************* give supreme and excellent service. He is there when you need him and all the reviews match the service you get. I am so happy I went with his company because during my research there is a lot of dead ends or scams out there to help with evictions. But his company is the BEST. Also be aware there is a fake website pretending to be *** so what I did was went to the Better Business Bureau and serached Stop Evictions and they have a hyper link that will direct you to ********************* website. Stop eviction is great helpful and knowledgeable **** always answers my questions in a timely manner and works with you if you don't have all the upfront money I will definitely refer everybody who needs helps to this company and I want to say thank you to **** for all of his assistance.

********************* | Stop Eviction Consultant review PT 1 of 2: First off id like to say going through an eviction is possibly one of the hardest, most emotional and deflating thing we experience in life. It is devastating. Especially if it is through no fault of our own. However, I can assure you, if you are fortunate enough to let ********************* work with you, a massive burden WILL be lifted from your shoulders. Massive. I will explain. **** is quite frankly one of the most kindest, genuine and efficient individuals youll ever come across. Without a single doubt, he has they highest INTEGRITY and his ONLY objective is to protect and help your family for the short period of time he will be in your life. He simply follows through and does what he says. It might sound like a miracle but it IS. What does he do? In my case, I was a wreck. Quite terrified because I love my home and I didnt want to leave it. But I believed I had no choice. **** showed me otherwise. He took my case and he did all the paperwork. I walked it to court and filed it. I am NOT a legal man therefore had no understanding of what I was doing but **** told me it would completely stop the eviction for 3 months. Hard to believe however, once it was filed, we could not be served the eviction by sheriffs. We could stay in our home for 3 months. (The court date was even a little over 3 months out) I am only a day into this process hence this is part 1 of my review. Im doing it this way to encourage anyone who is going through this to immediately reach out to ****. He can help and stop the eviction giving you time to work things out. By contacting him, there are a couple of things youll be in awe of. 1. He REALLY CARES. (People say they care but deep down you know they dont BUT, this man DOES, and its obvious. 2. How streamlined his services are. I am dumb when it comes to documents I know nothing about. HE does everything paperwork wise. I just had to sign and deliver. Reach out to him today
