Lenhoff financial is sloppy and incompetent. I will tell you of my most recent experience: I called this office when I was unable to fax between Christmas and New Year. The vm did not indicate they were closed. I called again and asked for return call as I was in need to transfer funds. I did not receive one and called again on 1/4/22. Receptionist ***** ( another new employee, 3 mos; **** Lenhoff is unable to hold on to staff!). It seems they were closed, then she took I'll, yet no one thought to update phone message!I submitted my signed docs on 01/04/22, ****** reviewed and verified I could withdraw $12,600.00. I received a transfer of about $5k today from this North American fund.Today I called Lenhoff financial at 12:54pm to inquire about the error: "I will have ****** call you. ****** is at an MD appt - she's pregnant, you know!" No, nor do I care.I called 3 more times over 4hrs as no one called back to explain the error. I finally received a call back from ***** " ****** said he would call you." Five hours after my initial call TODAY I received a call from ******. " We call North American on your behalf." Eh, no, they are not doing me a favor! **** Lenhoff sold me this annuity, he obviously received payment and I am no longer of importance!This "financial" office is sloppy, careless and should have nothing to do with people's hard earned money. I would NEVER recommend them nor would I have anything to do with Lenhoff financial- ever!
