I Received a cold call from Unit Credit Solutions today. The individual left a voicemail that I am including below.Hey this is **** am sorry if this is a bad time but I just wanted to reach out urgently on behalf of the attorneys they do get information straight from the credit bureaus and after reviewing your file it does look like there's some good news not only can they help remove any unsecured _?_?_?_?_?_?_?_ they can and they can restore your credit report and your credit score but they can help get you approved for what's called a hardship loan and not only is it very low interest but I've seen people get approved for up to around $50,000 obviously I'm not sure exactly how much you got approved for but I'm calling as soon as you can a direct line is xxx-xxx-xxxx again that's xxx-xxx-xxxx try to call him before the approval expires1) Im happy your attys get information straight from the credit bureaus & after reviewing my ********* on, they cannot look at anyones credit without consent. 2) I do not need a hardship loan which is incredibly insulting to have someone call you suggesting that you do, which is the 2nd strike 3) You dont even say the name of company you represent, 4) Im not sure what you got approved for but call before the approval expires. Again, not only did USC not have my permission to look @ my credit & sure didnt have my permission to pull it. Even if this wasnt done, its misleading consumers. This entire script is terrible & either full of blatant lies, or he admitted the company he represents is violating the law several times in his terrible script.
