Had my system installed by Sullivan in the summer of 2019. They were recommended to me by two of my friends so it made my decision easy. Im glad I chose Sullivan for my solar system because they handled everything including the permits, installation and inspections. ***** my sales representative was very knowledgeable and he was always there to answer any questions I had from the beginning of the project to the end. Im very please with Sullivan and I have no reservations when it comes to referring friends and family to them.

Item 1. Great install and support. Had 2nd of two ** batteries installed by Sullivan Solar Power last year. The crew was on time, efficient, and asked prior to the install, so it was placed where I wanted it. Was notified by ** about a month ago, that my batteries were on a recall list. Sullivan came out and checked the batteries to confirm and make sure I understood the process of returning and installing the new batteries once they came in. Item 2. Last week I received a call from Sullivan letting me know my inverter was down and they would send someone out to check it out for me, the following week. First I was impressed to know they were able to let me know there was a problem before I even knew. And, I check my system daily. Second, one of the tech reps actually was in the area 2 days later and called to see if he could come by in 15 minutes. Of course, I said yes. It is great when a service company can schedule a service call, but knows enough to follow up sooner if possible. I have been very pleased with Sullivan Solar Powers proactive communication and their service. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new solar system or has need for support on an existing system, if their current vendor no longer exists (which has happened to many people).

I have been a client of Sullivan Solar Power since 2010. I discovered them while attending a conference on sustainable energy at the ********* ***************** in late 2009. *** Sullivan was giving a presentation and I came away with the thought, " If I get solar I want it to be by him". He and his company are true believers in the transition to sustainable energy. They are knowledgeable and accurate in all aspects of solar energy from one house to mega projects.For my project they: presented a plan, got all required permits, coordinated with SDG&E, brought in a roofer at my request (who was excellent and competitive), started work as planned, finished on time (with first class workmanship), submitted all paperwork for rebates and tax credits and transition to net metering, and was approved to activate system about 2 weeks after completion.My 4KW system has operated flawlessly now for 11 years and I have not paid SDG&E anything during that time due to credits accumulated for excess energy provided to the grid.Further more Sullivan Solar Power guarantees production levels and monitors your system for 25 years. My neighbors who have put in solar with other providers have no guarantees, no idea what they produce in most cases, and suffered permitting and other issues which in 2 cases resulted in them having to wait as much as 6 months before they could activate their systems after their solar pannels were hurriedly installed.My next door neighbor who did use Sullivan Solar Power for his much larger project then mine which also involved a roof replacement, this year. They have had the same experience as I had 11 years ago. Everything clearly presented, all work done as scheduled, a flawless quality instillation, and able to activate system within a short period after work was completed.

My experience with Sullivan has been positive since the initial consultation in May 2019. I was referred by a friend who owned a structural engineering firm and spent days researching various solar companies and got several bids and went with Sullivan and was very happy. From the first meeting they were very professional, knowledgeable, and low pressure. The two other bids I got, one lower and one higher were both high pressure and not as complete as the one from Sullivan. Installation was easy and seamless and system has performed perfectly since installation. I just recently had one minor problem caused from a problem in my breaker box and Sullivan followed up immediately when I requested help to shut down and restart system after my electrician had fixed my problem in the box. Again, quite professional and back up their service and equipment warranty . ****** was the project manager for my installation and always just an e-mail/text away if I have a question or a problem and responds immediately. He is amazing and from my experiences with Sullivan, I highly recommend them and give them 5 Stars
