      I bought some shirts from Pacsun.com. I went to the store to return 1, and it showed up as pants in their system. Because of this, they would only offer me store credit. I had the packing slip and the email confirmation of my order. The manager gave me their customer service phone number. CS will not answer the phone or their online chat. The manager said this happens alot. I contacted a different store manager and she also said it was common for items to show up wrong when you go to make a return. What a shady company. I will not purchase from them again.

      Beyond unhappy with the customer service. I placed an order online through tiktok and never got my order. They claimed my order shipped July 23rd, but tracking with DHL never updated. They never apologized once. I always had to reach out to them and ask for an update. Luckily I was able to just get a refund, but still would have been nice to get my items. Either pacsun lied that my order was shipped, or crappy DHL who I don't like either, lost my package. Very crappy experience with both companies. Don't care to ever purchase from pacsun again.

      I am utterly appalled and deeply disappointed by the abysmal customer service provided by **********************. Communication is limited to email, which is an inefficient and fruitless endeavor. In the event of a missing package, customers are required to file a police report, a preposterous demand that I have never encountered before. As the seller, they are responsible for recouping any losses through insurance from the shipping company. Despite responding, subsequent representatives offer the same canned responses. This behavior is deceitful and unethical for a company of such significant financial stature.

      The company messed up with online order that I paid with PayPal and couldn't process my refund for >30 days since I returned the merchandise. Their customer service is totally useless as they always tell you to "wait another business day". I finally ended up filing a charge back with PayPal to get my funds back as I never received them from Pacsun. Pacsun never replied to the charge back request and I was refunded by PayPal. The worst company I have ever dealt is Pacsun. No way I am going to order from them again.

      I received the package but missing the item. The packing list showed 2 but only received 1. Been calling them to get help, but there is no live person to talk to. All they did was routed me to live chat, and no help at all. Keep going around and not get help with order. Been customer with them for a whole year, but might have change now.

      No shock that this company is not BBB Accredited and that their rating is currently 1.15 out of 5 - and should really be a ZERO. They have different return policies for different products and change these policies on a whim. I purchased a sweatshirt that has a manufacturing defect - the neck is far too small to get over my child's head. It's a size 10 and I even tried it on my tiny 6 year old and it won't budge. I sent measurements as requested and the customer service could tell there was an issue but management won't let her refund me or take a return because this specific brand is NO RETURNS. Horrible policies, horrible service, and now I am stuck with a sweatshirt that won't fit anyone.SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. Not worth the headache.

      Horrible customer service- beware of policy that won't allow any order cancellations even if the order hasn't shipped yet. I tried cancelling my order literally 1 minute after placing it (due to incorrect sizing on website) and now I have to pay $10 to return an order I didn't even want in the first place.

      I ordered a Christmas gift on Dec 9th. Today is Dec 26th and package has not been delivered. According to the tracking record, the package is due Dec 30th (3 weeks after ordering)! I will no longer be ordering from PacSun! Very disappointed.

      They sent me the wrong order, and its been nearly a month and I still havent received my refund even though the return has been received by them for a long time.
