We are very happy with the bathroom shower remodeling that was performed by Reborn Cabinets. The materials are quality and the installation crew was extreemly courteous, professional and efficient. Installers ****************** and ********** did a great job. From the salesperson, ************ who did the measurements, the project manager and others with the company, all our contacts with the company representatives left us with a feeling that we were going to be well taken care of, and we were. A rear and GREAT job guys!!! Thanks

We are very happy with the kitchen cabinet refacing that was performed by Reborn Cabinets. The materials are quality and the installation crew was professional and efficient. Installers ****, *****, ****** and ***** did a great job. From the salesperson, ***********************, **** who came out to do the measurements, the project manager and others with the company, all our contacts with the company representatives left us with a feeling that we were going to be well taken care of, and we were.

A week before my scheduled install, I had arranged for the technicians to meet me at 11 AM (which I had confirmed with the office) and they arrived at 9am. When I asked the technician what is going to be done he said we will be working on my bathtub, shower and we are reinstalling your original fixtures. My response was not for $34,000, I was told new fixtures. After speaking to the installation team and manager they reviewed my work order. I was upset that they were going to put the original fixtures back in when my contract showed that I ordered matte black fixtures. It took four trips to my house for a bathtub and shower to be install which its still not done correctly and Im not satisfied . The grout is cracked in both bathrooms and the shower in the master bathroom has water leaking out on one edge. I had to buy another shower arm, reattach the shower head and add more caulking at the shower base and they would even install a shower rod in my hall bathroom. I asked to renegotiate the price and they said no. On my County inspection permit, the Countys estimated is $11,300 and Reborn is charging $34,000. I should mention that between the four times they were out, I contacted a construction company to validate my complaint and the contractor offered to write a letter for me if Reborn did not fix those items. Also, 2 weeks prior to the install, The county inspector came out and he wasnt sure why he was there before the work was done. His documents had my address with another clients name. Reborn advertises at ****** and I put in a complaint to ****** for which was closed with a week! I would not recommend this company for residential work, their work seems to be geared toward commercial building bathrooms. Their loan department has contacted me twice and Ive informed them that Im waiting for someone at Reborn to contact me in hopes of renegotiating my price. I informed them that I dont want them back in my house nor their warranty.

Everyone at Reborn did an incredible job, from the sales presentation to the measuring and installation. I am extremely happy with the quality of the cabinet refacing and with the quality of workmanship and labor. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. If this company was about customer service, I wouldn't be leaving this horrible review. I first came into contact with Reborn through ****** as I was walking out. When they came to my home for an estimate. I was promised: Increased water pressure, my shower layout will extend around my bathtub to give it a sequencing look, my shower doors would not have to be cleaned with a harsh abrasive like comet or bleach. Well when Reborn claimed the work was done I had NO shower doors at all, No tiling around my bathtub, decreased water pressure and a lot of junk and trash sitting outside my house for over 1 week. it's still there to this day. I paid this company 14 thousand dollars for this scam of a ********** me, if they will do this to me, they will do this to you. A company who believes in great customer service, would not subject there customer to these issues without resolve. I would have been better off getting Pookie and them from the hood to do this work at least I would have had shower doors.

***** and **** did the install. They were very professional and polite. ***** was our salesman did thoroughly explained the options and process. For them, they get 5's. The process of getting the inspection complete has been a little frustrating. There was a miscommunication and misalignment in expectations which has been inconvenient. ************ have followed through well. My only complaint about the installation was that the only barrier plastic put up was between the bathroom and bedroom which wasn't up long and so after 3 days of work we had a layer of "dust" all the main living area of the house and all the flooring, bedding, etc. I was glad I taped the openings of our bathroom cabinets and around the closet doors to minimize the mess. We spent hours on the clean up and mopping.

I was defrauded and I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone. I found a deal from ****** and was pressured to sign a contract within 3 days because otherwise the deal would expire. The work order took 4+ months to manufacture and the installers took 3 days to install. The kitchen installation was very poorly done, with dust and dirt all around my house. They used my garage for sawing, cutting etc but did not have the courtesy to clean up after. They created dings on the resurfaced cabinets during installation and when we pointed it out, they created a warranty order to fix it. They also threw away my good shelves, while their resurfacing contract doesn't provide new ones. It's been 2+ months, I haven't got shelves for my cabinets, making my kitchen unusable. I have scratched out cabinets that look worse than my old cabinets now.. The customer service is non-existent, they only answer new order queries. Their project managers are irresponsible and rude when I asked them for accountability.

Once they got to my job (permit problems in *****) the job took 2 weeks to complete. The complete job took 2 months overall.My Domo *************** and **** were great, clean, fast and thorough. My Install team ***** and ***** were as good or better, very efficient and thorough. They left me with a really nice shower conversion and cleaned up after the job was done. I'm Happy!

My review is based on installation only: Installers ********************* and ********************* were extraordinarily courteous and professional in our home. Weve had many technicians/installers in our home over 30 years, many with foul mouths and a kick back attitude. These two men displayed class and character as they worked full days for almost a week respecting the fact they were in someone elses home. Very nice to see these days! Big thanks also to *************************, the supervisor of our install. *** ALWAYS answered our calls and IMMEDIATELY got the ball rolling on any and all issues pre and post install. We appreciate you so much ***!! When you pay thousands of dollars on a remodel, this is the service you deserve but rarely get. Five stars to these 3 men!!! ??????????
