They're taking my money after I cancel the deal they won't cancel the job

They lied and did not honor there policy. They took my money and told my mechanic that my car was too old to fix then told the shop to put my car on the street. Oxcarcare then said they wouldnt pay my clam because (I) took it off the lot which was a lie. My car sat on the street with the keys on the floor for two days. They robbed me and came up with more than three or four lies to try and cover it up.They then waited four months and asked me to return as a l liable customer. And said my policy was cancelled for lack of payment and and did I want to come back??? Now today they called me three time laughing in the back ground. They called back twice after I asked them to stop harassing my sister and I. We are elderly people that live SSI check to check every month. Bad enough the company stole are money and left us without good transportation. They cant find anything better to do with there time. Yours very honest and truly . I was also told that the person that came to look at my car saved my life. This has been very hard on both of us stop stop calling and and harassing us after stealing from us.

Had the work fine, they submitted the bill to ox care and it was paid with no questions asked.

Called wanting information in March 2024 and was told I can sign up for $70 that day.. Being I was at work my wallet was in my purse and Im with a patient and gave my cash app information telling them there was only $20 on it.. he said hed take $10 but thought I wasnt going to get a notification that he tried taking the whole $70 STILL? Anyway he said $10 would be fine and he will later email me paperwork to sign plus they would need my license and registration copies thru email, Which I never got too due to a tragic loss of family which I was stuck paying funeral costs. Sooo 2 months just went by and I just got a akward call from a local number by a dude who sounded straight from the streets claiming when ima pay my Oxcare account because Im several payments behind? How is that?? When I explained I never signed any contract nor paid a full sign up agreement and Ill contact them later because Im working with my patient this SUNDAY MORNING, He totally clicked in the middle of me talking? Im like huh? Im glad I didnt go any further with this unprofessional person and Company. My advice Dont do it beware of the customer service dude who sounded like he came straight from jail!There a Joke!!

LESS THAN ZERO is my rating for Ox Car 51 minutes and 9 seconds of recordings - long story short Agreed on a $25.00 down payment fee and yet $75.00 was charged to my credit card. I told him to cancel everything and I ended the call. Checked emails a few hours later and Ox Car was thanking me for my purchase. I replied via email in no uncertain terms I didnt like the dishonesty/scam they just pulled on me and to credit my account.I called Ox Car the following day as I am still fuming from the deception, let alone not being able to get funds from my credit card to carry me over until the 1st. This Rep stated they will have to listen to the recordings to verify what I was told by their Rep. WTF. I ended this call.I called my credit card company as well and was told Ox Car made two charges to my card; one for $25.00 and another for $50.00. You see what the Rep did there?All recorded conversations (that Ox Car dont think I have) has been forwarded to my credit card company, my attorney, the BBB etc.MY ADVICE TO ALL WHO READ MY REVIEW, - document, record everything, even if you think its minute. You can always delete if is unimportant. After all thats what most agencies/companies are doing nowadays.As far as Ox Car - you will be hearing from me through court preceedings. Thats right I am retired from a federal law enforcement agency. You owe me a h*** of lot more than what you have scammed me of. You think Im bluffing? Try me. Call me Ill let you listen, but I will not forward.CUSTOMERS - if you are interested in filing a class action claim please respond to my review. Lets put em out of business

SCAM!!!!!! I paid my deposit and 5 monthly payments. When it came time to file a claim, they only approved $300 of what the dealer submitted. So I cancelled my policy after I found this out. Now they won't even pay the $300 even though it had been approved before I cancelled. I didn't even submit a towing bill, car rental or oil change/tire rotation in this claim which should have been covered also. I called them and was told because I cancelled, they didn't have to pay. So if you decide to cancel them, make sure they pay before you do. Biggest SCAM ever!!! Their stars should be -5.

They do not honor their contract or REFUND POLICIES. They denied my first and only claim with them and promised to refund me within 45 days. It's been almost three months and still no refund. I emailed their legal department because they mentioned giving me less than half of my refund. Legal emailed me back to offer an explanation of why I would only receive a partial refund and it was again, them trying to avoid refunding my full. When I call customer service they continue to extend the processing time and give me the runaround. This is not a good company at all. and wouldn't refer them to anyone.

Dont sign up they will keep your $75 even if you cancel the same day. Please learn from my mistake.
