      I had my car moved From ********* Ca to ******* Tx The staff on the phone courteous and answered all my questions . my car picked up on time and delivered earlier than expected. I would definitely recommend using this company.

      This has been one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a business! I read the reviews here before finalizing the process with them but decided to give it a shot anyway because I was recommended by a friend. Please dont use this transportation service if you need your vehicle shipped on time! They were 3 days late on my pickup, I ended up having to leave my car with a friend because they didnt make it to pick up my Vehicle 3 days before my flight, and the contract stated. Its been over *************************************************************** the state that I moved from. I have no reliable transportation to work because of this. The staff was not knowledgeable about where their drivers were, they didnt even know that the truck had broken down, the driver reached out to me and I had to inform the company about this. Please use another service, dont waste your money or time. Im not one to come and leave negative reviews because I also work in customer service so I understand the importance of having a good reputation. This is **** poor service and unprofessionalism at its finest! Do your research and go with a better transportation service, this is not worth the headache!

      Unfortunately the truck that has loaded your vehicle has developed a mechanical problem. When the driver incurred this problem, he immediately called you to advise you that he will be delayed. You hung up the phone with the driver and immediately called our company to complain about the delay. When you called us, the driver had not yet communicated the delay to us. We are talking about seconds here. We were the driver's second call after he called you.

      Mechanical problems are not anticipated and cannot be known in advance. If they occur, they cause a delay in the carrier's schedule for all the vehicles loaded on that carrier. The driver was now anticipating a day or two delay. 

      With respect to your claim that we were 3 days late on the pickup, we request a 3-5 day window to load and we loaded on day 3 of the window.

      The worst experience. Terrible, TERRIBLE customer service, rude and unprofessional staff. They do not deliver on what they promise. Our car took a different route, arrived late, and with dents and scratches. We are suing this company. Save yourself a major headache and DO NOT go with this company.

      Do not use them..They did nt get our vehicle to the promised destination. After 2 weeks we had to go pick it up ourselves. ****** is rude, doesn't care, and does nt fulfill her promises once she has your money.

      OMG, could I give a negative star? How can such a worst, cheating company still exist and get a 3.6 star?? First, they cheat me on the **** tax and charged me almost DOUBLE than they paid to US custom in addition to the brokerage fee. When I read the reviews it seems this is not their first time overcharging the duty tax. Please be very careful with this company!!! Second, it took 20 days to ship my car!! when I picked it today, I found a remarkable and deep scratch on the right front bumper that is not exist before!!! So sad and heartbroken!!!

      I have never had a worse experience with a company in my life. If I could give this company -500 stars I would. I contacted this company back in February with hopes of them being able to bring down my car from my home in ****************, down to where I currently reside in ******* **. I have not been able to go home in 2 years because of *****. The whole process began poorly with horrible communication. They gave my parents 1 day notice about coming to pick up my car and the tow truck driver that came to pick it up left them with nothing - no communication, no paperwork, nothing! then I get the call that my car is on the way and I am hopeful. So I give them the quoted amount of time (1-12 days) before I call and try to see the status of when my car will be arriving. To my surprise, when I called in to see how close my car was, the company neglected to tell me that ** CAR HAD BEEN DENIED at the border several weeks ago! and not ONE call from anyone to let me know! I had no idea where my car was -stolen, in a ditch or in some random persons care WITHOUT my consent! The worst part is when I called them, the owner Dion actually got into a screaming match with me about how it was my fault we were in this situation! And the reason my car was denied? Who knows! because each employee gave me a different story! Each time I called them they blamed it on the border officers. Each time I called they told me to keep waiting as they worked "as hard as they can" on getting paperwork from the *** to allow my car to get through the border. Well, 3 months go by with my car sitting in a random parking lot and still nothing. I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. The worst part is the way I was treated by them. It was heartbreaking. I didn't know you could be manipulated by a company until I worked with ************************** transport. I did everything needed on my end and they dragged me for months. All I can say is I can only advise with my whole heart that you do not trust this company with your belongings. They did not do their only job I trusted them with and it created unnecessary chaos in my life! Do not trust them!
