Brought my car into Fast Automotive Center for an issue I was having getting my driver side door to open. Dropped it off on a Monday and was told they would take a look, charge for diagnostic and get back to me. Later that day they told me a latch rod that was necessary for opening the door was missing and needed to be ordered and they would call when it arrived. After it didn't come all week I told them I would just come pick my car up on that Friday. I tried calling when I hadn't heard anything the Tuesday of the following week and "*****" said he thinks it actually did end up coming on that Friday or maybe Monday, but no one called me. I ended up bringing my car back Wednesday morning and leaving it for the day. Later on that day when I hadn't heard from them I called and ***** said to come in and it'll be ready. I then got dropped off and he told me 15 mins. I then was charged $220 for parts and labor. After waiting two hours ***** apologized and said I don't know what's taking him so long! Referring to his mechanic that originally said it would be ready two hours ago when I originally came in. ***** apologized and said my $220 would cover everything and he would "take care of it." I then was told on the following Thursday to come in and it would be ready. I got dropped off and maybe 20 mins later I was told it actually won't be ready. Had to then arrange to find a new ride to come pick me up after they told me to come in and it'd be ready. Now, on Friday, 2 weeks after I originally brought my car in, I called and ***** told me he needed more money for more parts. I referenced what he said about taking care of everything with original payment and he stated many things that aren't worth mentioning here. Basically he had many excuses and many reasons saying that he actually helped me out even more than what I paid. After countless frustrations trying to communicate with them I just decided to have my car picked up. Terrible service all around and full of excuses.

They destroyed my door, leaving my locking mechanism in shambles, and I even found a shop towel shoved inside.
