This place needs to be shut down. Tgey are scammers. They blame previous scratches on the car on you and take your deposit . They are so unprofessional and are cold hearted to lie to customers so they can take your money. It's disgusting what they do and no one should go there.They need to be shut down or change their name to EZ2 BEND YOU OVER AND S**** THEIR CUSTOMER'S RENTAL.

This customer returned the car with damage to the vehicle that was not there. When we rent out our vehicles we do a walk around with the customer and if there is any damage we **** on the rental agreement and the customer initials it. The customer initialed the rental agreement and when she returned the car it had damage that was not there or **** on rental agreement when she rented the car.Review from Michelle C.

The company ez 2rent a car rental is misleading with the price of cars to be rented. The car is unsatisfactory as being filthy and no where close to sanitized . I have allergic reaction to dog and cats . The car had embedded animal hair in it all over. It had cracked Mirror . A stagnant smell was throughout the entire . The manager gave no receipt for cash cash deposit or payment. And also called another family member that I put for reference for payment and took payment when the car wasnt even rental rent it to her or in her name.When I called to talk to the manager about these issues she simply said thats the way we do business we dont want to have taxes taken outEZ 2 Rent-A-Car Response

Our vehicles are cleaned. If the car was so unsatisfactory she did not have to take the vehicle and we could of put her in another car but she rented it for 3 days. The cash deposit amount is written on the rental agreement and the rent gets a copy of it. When the car is due or late and we can get a hold of customer we will contact the second number. That is why we ask for 2 phone numbers.Review from jessica g
