I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the unprofessional and unethical conduct I experienced at this dealership. My recent interaction with the staff was, without a doubt, the worst I have ever encountered in any business setting.After enduring 4hours of dishonest and deceptive tactics, I eventually signed lease paperwork and paid a $1,500 down payment. Despite this, the dealership decided not to sell me the car and provided no explanation for their decision. This constitutes a clear act of theft, especially since I was promised an immediate refund that has yet to be processed.***********************, one of the salespeople, consistently misquoted and deceived me throughout the entire process. His dishonesty was pervasive and highly unprofessional.******* was equally dishonest, repeatedly lying to her supervisors and the Nissan credit department for no apparent reason. She fabricated stories about my phone dying and misrepresented my relationship with my brother as my husband. These lies were entirely unnecessary, as I have excellent credit and my phone was fully functional.The Supervisors, *************************, ****************** and ******, displayed a complete lack of customer service and respect for the ********************** brand. Their behavior was disgraceful and unprofessional.***** in accounting was rude and offered no compassion regarding the fact that my refund couldn't be processed. Her lack of assistance and unprofessional demeanor added to the frustration and disappointment of this entire ordeal.It is completely unacceptable for this dealership to take money from a customer who has just signed a contract and then fail to deliver the vehicle. Such actions are not only unethical but also illegal.I strongly urge immediate action in this issue. The employees involved should be terminated to prevent them from further taking advantage of the public.

bought the car here, and had two transmissions replaced and third one is coming, How are you guys selling lemon cars and get away with it

The worst of the worst. They lie about everything. The sales person name was ******. All they car about is your money not YOU. Please don't shop here! Fake advertisement One start means 0 starts

Shady dealer, beware they trade your information. I got something in the mail today, it had the term and payment of my redeye asking to trade it in and that I was approved for a $30k car. They have an opt out number that asks for your social security number!!!!, your date of birth and address to "verify" you to opt out. Although it won't opt you out it just keeps going. . They have another number that will just send you to their sales rep. **** I explained I don't want any fishing mail he just kept fishing for more information so I told him I'll just post reviews of this. Their marketing techniques are that of those who scam people out of their credit card and banking info. And some they clearly deal in selling /buying people's info beware if you buy a car from them your also selling all of your personal info like your social security number.

I paid for a credit program of **** dollars with my car loan and know one has bothered to help me solve it. Since August 7th all Im getting is the run around with this program

Surf city Nissan I thought was helping me out .I found out way different . First they charged me **** over window price . Then my key has had a ton of issues starting the car . I have called my sales person ****** but no response . I have continued to try and make contact . After almost crashing in the rain do to the bold tires on the vehicle. I bought the car two weeks ago tires should not be bald .I also had to get car serviced already two weeks later . They showed me the oil was super nasty thick and old as well as the air filter had not been changed for very long time . How is this possible with a certified pre Owned car .
