    I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding the unresolved matter of my license plate registration for the 2019 Traverse I purchased from Cumming Chevrolet on June 19, 2023.Despite my numerous attempts, which have included phone calls and in-person visits, I have not received any response or assistance regarding the registration of my license plates. This situation has caused me significant inconvenience and financial losses.During one of my visits to the dealership, I was informed that the vehicle I purchased is considered "used." While I understand the distinction between new and used vehicles, I was disappointed by the apparent lack of importance given to my concerns. I purchased the 2019 Traverse for $35,000 in cash, and I believe that as a paying customer, my inquiries and needs should be treated with the utmost care and attention.As a direct result of the delayed license plate registration, I have encountered several problems:I received a $140 fine for driving without proper license plates, which could have been avoided had the registration been processed in a timely manner.I lost a catering contract worth $5,000 because I was unable to use the truck for transportation. This loss has had a significant impact on my livelihood.The provisional permit for the vehicle expired on September 14, 2023, further exacerbating the urgency of resolving this matter.In addition to the financial repercussions, I also paid for DMV processing services through the agency, including the associated management service costs. To date, I have not received the services I paid for, and my attempts to seek clarification have gone unanswered.I kindly request immediate attention to this matter to rectify the license plate registration issue and provide a resolution for the aforementioned problems. I believe that a prompt and satisfactory resolution is not only fair but also crucial to maintaining a positive customer relationship with ********************.

    I had a Monday morning appointment (7:00am) for an oil change and check for anything else that *** be due/needed. I made the appointment a week in advance. I noted Monday afternoon. This should have been sufficient for an oil change and to diagnose or determine any other issues.Monday morning goes by and I heard nothing. I called at 12:30 and got the service advisers voicemail. The phone system there is crazy, but I cant even get into that now. No call back until 2:00, which unfortunately I missed. He told me to call back if I got a chance. What? Anyway, I called three times between 2:00 and 4:00 pm. Finally at 4:00 I was able to get a person to answer the phone and was put on a long hold for *********************. At this point he tells me they ran into two issues. One, back brakes. Two, transmission needs to be flushed. We discuss it, pricing and I decide to do the transmission and take it back in a few weeks for the brakes. I could have done both, but I needed my car back. At that point he tells me he needs it overnight.Im stuck, what can I do?Forward to Tuesday morning. It is almost 10:00 am and i have left three messages, my boyfriend called for me, still no update. I'm furious.********************* has been my service advisor for three cars for ten years. He left me out to dry by not calling me back, by not servicing my car at the 7:00 am appointment time. I guarantee he didnt start on it until my noon call asking for an update. The last 2 years he has taken advantage of my easy going nature and he has disrespected me as a customer. Its gotten progressively worse and this time was the straw that broke the camels back.I will not go back. if ********************* is your service advisor, prepare to be left in the dark and disprespected as a customer.
