              I bought a **** Honda Accord Touring Hybrid from Mossy honda of Lemon grove on 12/11/2023 I buy a new car every 16 to ****************************** was less then a year old also a Honda. Went into finance **************************************************************************************** anything I don't keep cars long are we clear repeated myself. Did the deal two days later I get a welcome letter from **** security alarm company welcomed me wanted me to download a application rated under 3 stars I did not. Looked over my contact fine print the added $1295 for a after market alarm Honda's all have a factory alarm I'm happy with had eight Honda's. I called **** the finance person. He said you will have a refund with I three days. Next story from ********************* I'm taking over you have been treated bad. I'm friends with My Mossy you will have a check in days here for pick up. Next story we will send check to Honda Finance and credit your loan. Next story from ****** Manager we can't do anything for you. Next story we will extend your free service two years I responded no good nit interested I'm getting a **** that is a total scam. This Dealership is scaming hard working people and it's like they are all in on it. I also have problems with the car no response door paint coming off of inside of door no response from Mossy thee tinted rear and side windows in two weeks already getting bubbles total scam.

              Brought my car in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Technician damage my wheel studs and lug nuts. When confronting the service manager he denied them ever braking them, accused me of fraud and quote we will no longer working on your vehicle. Definitely never coming back specially after experiencing such a horrible experience.
