Very Rude! I've never been through this and was first told by Management that she would give me a copy of the report. Today, I received an email from Management where I live and she told me that they would not give me a copy of the report and if I wanted one to contact the company or whoever I wanted. I don't know the protocol and so I called and I am in shock how rude the guy was. He said, "You didn't pay me, I'm not giving you a copy of the report." Very rude! I apologized numerous times because my intentions for the phone call were not bad. I talk with Customers all day and I would never in talk to anyone like this. I only called to see what IS THE PROTOCOL AND FOR PRICING. I didn't know if I had to pay for the report separately or If I had to pay for him to come back out and test all over again. I've never been through this and was first told by Management that she would give me a copy of the report. So please understand my confusion and again I apologize if I caught you on a bad day or something. I don't mind paying for my own testing! Thank you for being rude and unprofessional!
