On the afternoon of August 3rd, I applied for a personal loan with Lending Star USA. Shortly after, I spoke with a customer service representative over the phone to discuss the amount and terms of the loan. I asked for a $1,500 loan over the course of three years. After the phone call, the loan application and link verifications were completed. I downloaded the two-page agreement to review the terms of the loan. In order to get the loan, I had to send the company money for the insurance checks via Apple Pay or Venmo. I did that multiple times over the course of the week of August 3rd. Throughout that week, I communicated with John Cooper. He gave me instructions on how to send the money for the insurance checks either via Apple Pay or Venmo. On the afternoon of August 7th, Citibank told me that my account was under review due to the deposit of the checks. Four days later, they told me that the deposited checks were fake. As a result, I had to start a new checking account with a different bank. Not only did I not receive the $1,500 loan from Lending Star USA. I lost over $2,500 from my bank account as well.

I am filing this complaint regarding Starcraft Network Limited after paying $46.19 for merchandise that I never received. The company provided conflicting shipping information and delivery dates and eventually supplied a USPS tracking number as supposed proof that my order had been delivered. I personally took that tracking number to my local USPS Post Office in Rainier, Washington. The Rainier Postmaster investigated it and provided me with a signed written letter confirming that the tracking number supplied by the merchant was delivered to a different PO Box and was NOT addressed to me or my PO Box #700. The Postmaster specifically advised that the company should either resend my merchandise or refund my money. I repeatedly attempted to resolve this with the merchant. I also disputed the transaction through PayPal and provided PayPal with the written statement from the Postmaster. PayPal has now denied my claim three times despite this USPS documentation. I have also discovered a public Facebook group titled “PayPal is letting StarCraft Network Limited scam customers,” with approximately 2,200 members, containing complaints from other consumers regarding this company. I understand that other consumers’ allegations do not prove my individual claim, but I believe the number and similarity of the complaints are relevant and should be investigated. I have since contacted my bank and am pursuing a Mastercard merchandise-not-received dispute. I can provide the Postmaster’s signed letter, merchant correspondence, tracking information, PayPal dispute records and other supporting documentation. Requested resolution: I want a full refund of $46.19. I also want my experience documented so that BBB and other consumers are aware of the delivery and tracking practices I experienced with Starcraft Network Limited.

I purchased a pair of "gun whale boat mounts" but never received them. I patiently waited probably too long after the delivery date, I was never even given any tracking info, only a single confirmation email. I am only guessing where this "company" is located by the way. With no published business number to call, after multiple email message were sent with no response, I was forced to dispute the charge. Only then did the shipper send tracking info but only to my credit card company, through them I received the tracking number, this number only returned my city name with a date and time with no final address. Using the supposed delivery date and time along with my home security footage I confirmed that on the stated date, time, and front porch drop location, the package never arrived nor was it grabbed by any thief. After a call to my credit card company I was told to try contacting the shipper which was UPS, they informed me that the item was not delivered to my address but to another address with someone else's name, which they could not give me but could only say it was a woman's name with an entirely different address then mine. My credit card company decided to believe the shippers tracking info even though I uploaded still photos to them on the exact date, time, and location. I wonder if this even was the correct tracking number, since everything about this company appears highly suspicious. I do have video footage, email order confirmation info, etc. I am beginning to think I am out my $32 - not much probably something a scammer might think not worth disputing, but it's the principal of the thing. - Thanks for listening.

We received a letter of 'Final Notice', stating that "Failure to call us by the Expiration Date of August 21, 2026 may result in a lapse of coverage." When I called the number provided on the letter, 866-793-4888, the rep asked for our 'Owner's ID' number listed on the letter, and he retrieved our home address details. He clearly stated that their company, 'US Homes' or 'US Home Service' is the First Party Home Warranty to USAA Homeowner's Insurance, which we are insured with. I asked him to clarify once again if they are afffilated with USAA, and he repeated they are the "First Party". This sounds "legit" but definitely sounded fishy. He went on to tell me that our home will be "sent in for a review" if we don't sign up today for $190 to start, then $75 per month. We already have Home Warranty insurance through another company, so I was confused why he was saying that we need to sign up with them to fulfill some type of requirement by our mortgage company. I wasn't willing to give up any payment info until I find out more about the company and see what they are actually offering in "black and white" letter, so I asked him once again for his name, then he hung up on me. This is definitely a scam! Please, flush out this company and hold them accountable for targeting people to try to intimidate and lure people to pay for something unnecessary!
