I ordered a dress from an instagram ad on Helena Bloom.com. Weeks later (far longer than typical shipping), a dress arrived that was hugely oversized and poor quality. I submitted a request for refund within the return window on their website, and the business would not give it to me - instead, they kept offering me incremental "discounts" to keep the product that I don't want. Now I can't find the company on social media anywhere. Nor can I find a registered agent or registered address.

Googled phone number to see if my account was going to increase and got in touch with this  shoun parker - 833-580-0577, and they indicated having two Peacock accounts. I let him know I had one for $10.99 and that Peacock owes me over $500.  Attempted to go through many different vendors, Amazon, Target, to give refund.  When those attempts didn't work, he advised that I would have to go to Dollar General to purchase gift cards to make a payment on my credit card.  Made purchase and gave him numbers, made purchase on credit card and let them know of my scam. Filed a dispute with Capital One for $850.  Opened case with Apple, since it was a gift card.

The website promises a quote before service, the technician arrived and insisted that the lock was broken and immediately started to drill it out. Then he demanded a Zelle payment and said there is a surcharge if you use a credit card.
