Attempted to look up Quest Nutrition’s website to look for any possible deals on protein bars. This (https://quesstnutrrition.it.com/) was the first website that popped up on google, under the “sponsored” motif. The website itself looks fine, clean, and works well. What tipped me off was the discount. It mentioned that the entire store was on an end of summer sale -20% off, yet prices were even lower than that. Mostly around 75% off. When looking around the website for contact information, I could only find a submission link. No listed email nor phone number. Upon further review, I finally noticed the link itself, misspelling the business name (“Quesst Nutrrition”).

After trying to find an actual phone number for the company (which apparently doesn't exist), I decided to report them through the BBB. Was redirected from TikTok Shop to a third party website called "Aerovain". Purchased $32.00 worth of goods. The company said that the products were delivered. However, they were not, and the tracking information provided was not in any of the major shipping companies, nor was it easy to use. The company was allegedly helpful and agreed to resend the items. Once more, the shipment was "delivered" with no proof, and was not. They "agreed" to a full refund, "between 15-25 business days", which is well past, and I am still emailing them about. At this point, it has been 72 business days, and I am sure I will not receive my money, but wanted others to be aware.

After purchase was completed another video came up stating for best results to take 3 times daily. I immediately called to cancel the order. I was given another number to call in which no one answered. I was receiving many texts offering me more discounted product. I kept responding to each text that I wanted to cancel the order. It was a Sunday afternoon so I tried on Monday but again no answer. I called Tuesday morning and was told it was already shipped. If I wanted to return it I could but I would have to pay for shipping charges myself and there would be a 20% restocking fee. I then received an email apparently from customer support asking why I was canceling which I was surprised with as I was told the product already shipped. I informed them of my reasons why and got a response that they would look into it. That was 3 days ago, I haven't heard a word and have yet to receive any product. Each text is coming from a different number.

They began to act strangely, and then told us they needed another $500/puppy for vet bills. At that point we asked for a refund. To get it were we told to go to a website and enter our bank information. At that point we were certain this is a scam and walked away.
