Adrian Gojdz contacted me about a remote/work from home Data Entry Associate position with Resistell (based in Switzerland with a potential office opening in the USA near me). He reached out via Telegram, a business messaging app of sorts, with details of the company, job, and offer. He processed a digital interview (no camera or voice, just type to confirm details) and, with responses from his "team," offered me a position same day (8/23/2026). Come the next day, I received onboarding documentation via email. I was also sent and informed of a check to cash and purchase company software and equipment that I was to digitally send confirmation to him afterwards. Deciding to go into a branch, I talked to a local banker who informed me of clients experiencing job fraud scams similar to this process and how I was to "move forward" with cashing the check. After some discussion and consideration, I decided not to continue. Given the warning signs that were unclear to me at the time, I believe that someone is using the persona of one Adrian Gojdz and his employer to scam locals like me into stealing my banking information, disguised as a job requirement to purchase materials (when most companies will ship and send company devices directly.) I have screenshots of parts of the conversation that felt most important as well as the emails I rec, including the scan and cash "check."

The ad promised 20 pocket T-shirts produced for the retailer "Dickies" for the price of $28.59 plus shipping, taxes, and insurance for a total of $39.00 delivered. I received emails confirming the order, confirming shipment, and finally announcing delivery to my address. No such delivery has been made. I emailed Ponzalkoon at the email address provided twice, but there has been no response. I called the telephone number listed on the Molision Inc website, but only got a recording stating that the number provided was a private number that had nothing to do with that company.

I spoke iwth a **** ******* who stated that I MCG (Medical College of Georgia) who was brough out by Wellstar sometime ago shows I owe a balance to MCG from 2016 for $135.90. I asked them to send a copy of the billing information (itemized Bill) and received a geeric receipt stating that I owed that amount as settlemet offer. After I hung up with them I called over to MCG nad was given the department who handle rbilling etc prior to 2024 . SPoke iwth teh agent and she confirmed the last time I was there was in 2014 and I had no balance. which is correct as I haven't went to MCG since then as i always went to University Hospital ( Now Piedmont) when I did there. I left Augusta in 2016. The address they where sending this fake bill to I hadn't lived there for almost 10 years. since I work in Medical Billing the bill was outside of collection anyway. The scam at Honeypacks.com involves a buy two get one free offer where they actually charge for the third item and the third item is also a monthly subscription. Upon emailing (there is no phone number) and asking for a refund and saying I am not interested in a subscription, they promised a refund and even acknowledged that the third item was supposed to be free. A month later and not only is the refund nowhere to be found, but they just pulled from my credit card for the first month of the subscription I told them I was not interested in. Now, they will not respond to contact from me. If you're going to order Thai Honey, do it from Amazon - a reputable site that will prevent fraud. I have challenged the charges on my card and submitted the email traffic backing this up to justify the claim. Caveat Emptor.

I signed up for a free trial of the Fabulous app through TikTok. The company created two duplicate subscriptions (totaling 3 subscriptions) to a particular service and immediately started billing me. When I canceled the subscription, the charges continued, 3 identical charges in each batch. Through a web search I learned this is a common problem with this company and there is no easy way out of it. I reported the charges as unauthorized to my bank but I continue receiving failed attempts to collect money, totaling in the hundreds of dollars. The company claims there is a very specific process needed to cancel an account, requiring the user to remember exactly how they signed up and use the same method, and if you don’t do it exactly right, the subscription will go on and bills may continue. I have made multiple good faith attempts to cancel using the methods they listed, and my login on the company website says I no longer have an account, so I have no means by which to login and cancel a subscription if the account no longer exists. But it seems I am still doing it wrong according to the company, and have an additional account I don’t know about. As of today I am still being billed for 3 identical duplicate accounts. I have sent the company a formal email saying I do not consent for my card to be billed and do not consent to maintain any active accounts with their company.

I thought I was shopping from Bentgo.com (a website with lunchboxes for adults and children) but I was instead at bentgochillbox.com. I was ordering from a mobile web browser and the website seemed legitimate. (I later looked at this website on a desktop and it is obviously unprofessional in appearance.) I placed an order but it seemed to get stuck at a strange Visa verification screen. It eventually said Order Received, gave me an order number, and said I paid through Stripe. I never got email verification of the purchase, and it never showed a charge on my card, so I emailed their support page and never got a response. Another weird thing happened right after I "made the purchase"--in my email I got notice from my credit card company that I had just added my credit card to an Apple Pay Wallet. This was a red flag to me as I don't have an apple pay wallet. I waited over the weekend just to see if it was a glitch but it wasn't. When I called the customer support at the legitimate Bentgo.com (where I thought I had placed my order) they informed me that I had likely been scammed and asked me the website I ordered from. That is when I saw that I had ordered from Bentgochillbox.com instead of Bentgo.com. After that I locked my credit card and called the credit card company. They were able to confirm that someone had added my card to their Apple Pay wallet. Thankfully no fraudulent charges had been made yet. I have cancelled my card.
Another thing of note is that the support phone number listed on the phony website goes to someone's personal voicemail instead of a legitimate company. Another major red flag. I never talked to an actual person there, just heard the voicemail message.

Someone by name of Mark Carver from "Legal Processing Service" for LNA Legal Group contacted my sister-in-law in Florida (I live in Virginia). Stating they needed to contact me immediately to sign for documents. They stated they are set to serve papers at my address on Spence Gate Circle later today. Mark Carver told my sister-in-law he couldn't access my home b/c he couldn't get in the gate (I don't have a gate). They threatened that the law firm may proceed without me on a legal matter if they don't reach me. When My ex-husband called the number to inquire, they asked for my social security number in order to obtain permission to speak with him on my behalf. Additionally, they did not spell or say my last name remotely correctly.

I have repeatedly requested to return this merchandise for a refund, beginning on August 13, and I remain willing to return the merchandise in accordance with the return policy published on your website.

Ordered an item through the Shop app from Whalexi, order #****. Item paid for with my credit card. I never received the item. I made several attempts to contact the merchant using the information provided on their profile, all email attempts resulted in undeliverable mail, all phone call results were futile. Carrier, DA ZHOU TONG, states they delivered item, but clearly they have not. They are a Chinese owned company and attempts to contact them were futile. Credit card company has been contacted and they are trying to resolve.

The women’s apparel website features a fraudulent address of North Carolina. The jackets were of poor quality and were returned to China- their actual location- and the only response from their company manager is that the order is held up in Customs.
This order was placed in April.. they’re still repeating they can’t send back a refund to me since the order is held up.
Please inform the public about this fraudulent company.

Online Purchase - Online Purchase Scam
Placed an online order for GLP 1 meds on August 13th. I was approved and it was sent to a "Pharmacy". It is now August 24th and it is still sitting at the "pharmacy". This company has had numerous complaints all about the same issue I am now having. They take your money and do not deliver the medication, and you can't get a hold of anyone because they conveniently do not have a customer service phone number. They reply back with same messages with instructions on how to take meds and dance around the issues you're asking or addressing with them. I have told them I want to cancel the order and no longer want the meds and want my full amount back I paid them which was $489.00. I have filed a dispute with my bank for the charges. I would RUN away from this company. They are a scam entirely and frauds. I don't know why this company hasn't been investigated and shut down. The same thing has happened to numerous people with exact same issues.

Called REPEATEDLY during the day, called back once and got hung up on. 8-24-26 J****** stated I owed this money for a hospital visit over 15 years ago. He stated he could not legally send me anything when I asked him to send me whatever they had by mail. He claimed HIPPA would not allow it, not true. He tried to get my SSN, he did have my address already. I told him he could not collect anything that old, time limits were 7 years,so then he said he would garnish my wages, seize my bank acct etc. I finally told him I was glad I was recording this because he never shut up (trying to rattle me) and he never answered my questions, so I hung up. This company calls from Several different pione numbers, I block them all, but then they call from a new number. They violate the 7 in 7 rule in that they call multiple times a day, multiple times a week up to 8 pm.
